Home description

Cosy house for 4 pax. very quiet, fantastics views , see, Formentera, country. There is a small beach, (cala) 300 mts from the house, really quiet in summer. Surveillance 24h. , golf court .
10 m. driving from Ibiza town and Pacha disco.

House is divided in two floors, below, kitchen and one double room with bathroom inside and double bed 150x190 cm. Huge terrace 30 sq with hamacs for sunbathing and table with chairs for dining, also there is a chill-out for rest. UP , main room with double bed 200x 190 cm and bathroom , and small terrace 8 sqm with table and chairs and fantastic views, both with cupboards

The Ibiza region

Everybody knows or hear about this magic island, you can visit the old town "Dalt Vila" there is a Castle surrounded with the ancient wall.

White beaches, and Formentera is 30´ by ferry. Best music in the world.

In summer time is hot and humid, but in the house flows a stream coming from the see very smooth.

Talamanca / Roca Llisa Golf Resort area

Roca Llisa is a private resort, very safe and quiet. There is a small beach 10´walking from the house, also you can promenade around , beautiful landscapes and healthy.

A small village called Jesus is 10´driving, with supermarket , newspaper, international magazines and a small park for kids.

Going to the north you can visit the best beaches in Ibiza cala Xarraca, d´en Serra, Portinatx and hippymarket in "Las Dalias" and Es Canar. Distances are not longer, but probably you can 50 km a day. There a re a lot of rent a car company, I can recommend you by request.

Local Taxis, Car Hire , Bus stop. Its, about 20m from the airport and centre town ibiza
