A three bedroom, fully air-conditioned bungalow with private pool. From the pool area and front terrace you can enjoy fabulous, far-reaching views over rolling countryside, down to the coastline stretching from Paphos to Coral Bay and further north towards Akamas, also taking in the Akoursos Dam and village of Peyia below.
The lounge features satellite TV (limited channels) fireplace with living flame gas fire, CD player, ceiling fans and an air-conditioning unit. An archway opening leads into the dining area with patio doors leading to the pool terrace. The air conditioned kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
A hallway leads to the two twin bedded rooms both with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the front terrace, equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioning units. Full family bathroom. Separate hallway leading to the master bedroom suite, past the en-suite shower room, dressing area with fitted wardrobes, and opening into the double bedded room. Ceiling fan and a/c, patio doors to front terrace. Air-conditioning is included in the price of the villa.
Outside, large 10m x 5m swimming pool with wide, non-slip walk-in steps, surrounded by paved terrace set with 6 sunbeds, bordered by colourful flower beds. Table and chairs set on veranda under a retractable sun canopy. Gas barbeque.

As this is a bungalow style property all bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen are located on one level. The swimming pool has wide non slip walk in steps (no hand rail) as well as ladder access. As there are only a couple of steps from the terrace area to the pool terrace this villa is suitable for those with mobility difficulities but not suitable for those permanently confined to a wheelchair as there are no internal widened doorways, handrails in bathrooms etc
The Paphos region
Coral Bay, the well known beach resort for the Paphos district is approximately 15 minutes drive away. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark, an aquarium and the Paphos Bird and Animal Park.
The Tala area
Kamares Village is a prestigious villa resort with a country club atmosphere. The views from here are simply breathtaking, encompassing both rolling countryside and the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea as it gently laps the Paphos coastline. This area is well known for its cooling summer breezes and as it is situated on higher ground benefits from less humid air in the hot summer months. The development comprises of bungalows, split level and two storey villas and is the winner of prestigious international real estate awards. The on site community facilities include a club house, communal swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant/bar and mini market.
Tala village is situated conveniently close to the Minthis Hills Golf Course at Tsada. This course designed by Donald Steel was the first grass course to be built in Cyprus. The newly enhanced course completed by the designers Mackenzie and Ebert, re-opened in June 2007. With its elevated position 550 metres above sea level, it plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060 metres. Practice facilities include a driving range, two putting greens, a pitching/chipping area and practice bunkers.
Approximately 3 kilometres from the villa is Tala, a popular and growing village, set on a west facing hillside overlooking the calm blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The panoramic view, the favourable climate and the simplicity of the landscape are the main characteristics that led to the development of tourism in the community of Tala. The focal point of Tala Village is the delightful village square which has a small selection of restaurants, friendly tavernas and traditional pavement side coffee shops serving everything from meze style meals to local speciality dishes and international cuisines. If you prefer to self cater Tala has a mini market to meet your basic grocery requirements.

Reid - Excellent villa, beautiful location. The villa managers were extremely helpful and maintain the villa perfectly. We have had a wonderful relaxing holiday and will definitley be back again and would thoroughly recommend both the villa and your company

Fell - Beautiful villa in a superb location with spectacular views over Coral Bay. We were looking for privacy but still within easy reach of local ammenaties such as restaurants, cafes etc. Tala village is approximately 1km away with a good selection of restaurants and a great friendly atmosphere. You do need a car as it is very hilly. The villa itself was a real surprise, large, airy and well maintained, there was only the two of us but it could easily have accommodated 6 people without it ever feeling that you were on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to have a bit of seclusion while on holiday. Overall a superb holiday, we will definitely be going back.
Bucur - The property was as we would have expected for a family holiday, the bedrooms were all of a good size and standard. The grounds and pool were to a very good standard and had good access for one of our party who is was in a wheelchair: In summing up, the property is an excellent holiday accommodation.
Poulastides - We had an excellent holiday. Our property managers were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. The situation of the villa was perfect, it was away from it all and quiet, just what our family needed. Many thanks.
