''The view from the villa was beautiful and the the property itself was well furnished. The owners were extremely accommodating and provided us with a very useful welcome pack. The location is great for the views, I would recommend a car if you have children or aren't mobile. The nearest shop is about a 3km walk. It was perfect for our purposes, and if you are looking for peace and quiet but access to Paphos it's perfect. We visited the local brewery which was extremely interesting, and also took a drive around the coast to take in the stunning views. Very good service, cant suggest any improvements, it was all great!''

''Excellent, couldn't ask for a better villa. Excellent for us as we like a quieter location, car is essential but what a view!!!! The cafe Tea for Two and Captains View on the Harbour in Paphos is very good. Visited the Monastery in Tala, Kato Paphos and the Tomb of the Kings well worth a visit. Couldn't fault your service, excellent. The owners were absolutely brilliant, couldn't ask for better service and the welcome pack was indeed very 'welcome' especially at 9pm!! We had a marvellous holiday, excellent villa, great location, altogether 10/10!! Regards, Lorraine''

''We would highly recommend The Villa Serenity to everyone. It was definitely top spec everything provided for comfort. It had the most fantastic view day and night. The owners were on hand and very helpful. When booking our holiday we were kept up tp date and very efficiently. Coral Bay and The Zoo were nearby and very enjoyable. Paphos was easily accessible once you had your bearings. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and bakeries on hand. Restaurants and bars are along the coast and all very friendly. We would recommend Andy's taxis (organised by the owner) who was on hand at the drop the hat. We would love to revisit Cyprus at some time in the future. Our reason to visit Cyprus was for our sons wedding(Pahos Town Hall) which again was superb. Thanks again to everyone involved and making our holiday very memorable. Alan and Anne Rowson''

''Fantastic villa, loved it very well kept. Perfect location. Kourion beach was probably our favourite, also the beach bar there sells great food, and St. George restaurant on the Arkamas peninsula (near the Zoo), fantastic sea food, beautiful view. First class service from agent and owner, very prompt and courteous''.
The Paphos District
Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.
In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Paul's Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.
Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula (10km), there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.
Heading North by car, you can find the route through Tsada, Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many other small but charming villages along the way.
An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
The villa is situated in the breathtaking hills of Tala, in Paphos. Its elevated position ensures all-round town and sea views which can be enjoyed from the landscaped garden, swimming pool and from most rooms of the house.
Only a 10 minute drive from the Blue Flag beaches at Coral Bay and from the centre of Paphos, Tala is a popular location for visitors, ex-pat residents and holiday home owners alike. Looking down on the main town of Paphos (out to the Med), and often labelled the 'Beverley Hills' of Cyprus, Tala offers a peaceful location
with a good village heart including the infamous monastery and a fine selection of bars, restaurants, traditional taverns and other eateries.
The village is conveniently situated for Golf at 'Tsada/Minthis Hills', with a further 3 golf courses less than 30 minutes away by car (please ask us for further details on golf). The villa provides an ideal location for wedding parties and honeymooners with the many weddings that take place in Cyprus (the island of love), and is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, relaxed lifestyle within close proximity of modern amenities.
