Villa Estepona is a luxurious designer detached villa set in its own grounds with a beautiful mountain backdrop, perfect for a romantic retreat or quiet family break. Three double bedrooms, three bathrooms for convenience. The open plan arrangement downstairs includes a large sitting room, leading into a stylish TV area, dining room and kitchen making the villa a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family.
With stunning sea views from the properties surrounding sun terrace and balconies, this is a perfect escape, situated close to amenities but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of busy tourist towns.
The villa has been stylishly decorated and furnished to a very high standard and has air-conditioning/ heating throughout for your comfort. There are three double bedrooms with ample space and storage and three bathrooms for convenience. The open plan arrangement downstairs includes a large sitting room, leading into a stylish TV area, dining room and kitchen making the villa a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family.
There is a large swimming pool 10m x 5m with surrounding patio including sun loungers and charcoal barbeque, allowing for family alfresco dining or romantic candlelit dinners for two. There is a sun terrace accessible from the entrance lounge which has outside dining for 6 and additional sun loungers. Facing south and west the Villa is an excellent place to capture the stunning Cyprus sunsets.
The garden itself is also beautifully maintained, with local pots, Mediterranean shrubs and trees and a herb garden. Peaches, oranges, mandarins, limes and lemons all grow within the villa’s gardens and guests are encouraged to help themselves to the produce when in season. There is a long private drive leading to a covered carport. Parking space for 4 cars.
Villa Estepona is only 1.5km (10-15 minutes walk) from Tala village where you'll find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, a perfect place to relax for an evening meal or with a drink with impressive views over Paphos region and to the sea.

The villa has been stylishly furnished and is fully air conditioned and heated throughout for added comfort. An open plan arrangement gives plenty of seating and space and ceramic flooring right through makes it easily maintainable.
The lounge features satellite flat screen TV and DVD player, air-conditioning/heating with large patio doors leading onto the sun terrace and with steps down to the pool area and patio. Internet is available (bring your own laptop).
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge /freezer, dishwasher etc and plenty of cooking utensils and cutlery. An iron and ironing board complete the essentials.
The staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms, house bathroom and first floor sun terrace, which has table and chairs, plus extra sun loungers. The Master bedroom has a Super-King sized bed with fitted wardrobes and exclusive balcony with fantastic views.
There is a good sized family bathroom upstairs with bath and shower fitting and another downstairs bathroom.
The Villa is cleaned prior to arrival, followed by a weekly clean. Bedlinen and towels changed weekly. The property has a hi-tech security alarm.

The hillside location of this property means that car access is essential and the villa is not suitable for wheelchair users. Villa Estepona is situated in the beautiful hills of Tala, giving sea and mountain views which can be enjoyed from the swimming pool, terrace, upstairs balconies, gardens and all rooms of the house.

The Paphos region
Paphos is a popular holiday destination in the South of Cyprus. With many beautiful beaches and villages including bars, restaurants, and tavernas it is a popular holiday destination.
Paphos is also great for families with plenty of local attractions such as the Paphos bird park or reptile park, You can also find places to go sailing, horse riding, hiking/walking and even on buggy safaris.
Paphos enjoys a Subtropical-Mediterranean climate, with the mildest temperatures on the island. The typical summer's season lasts about 8 months, from April to November, although in March and December temperatures may also reach 20 °C (68.0 °F).
Paphos is also famous as the birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite - the Greek Goddess of love and beauty. Legend says that she merged from the sea at Aphrodite's rock in a surge of sea foam.
The Tala area
Tala is a picturesque village on the outskirts of Paphos, located between Kissonerga and Tsada and famous for its cool breezes and spectacular views.
The village is built at an average altitude of 280 meters. It has a general tilt from the northeast to the southwest and the altitude ranges from 150 to 600 meters. The panoramic view that combines sea and mountain, the amazing climate that it offers, and the simplicity of the region's inhabitants make it a wonderful place for a relaxing break.
The focal point of Tala Village is in the Square, a typically beautiful Cypriot village square that includes little shops called Kiosks, bars, coffee shop serving Cypriot coffee and taverna’s. All the Tavernas serve traditional Cypriot food, from Lamb Kleftiko to the famous village meze.
From Tala you can easily drive to the Akamas Peninsular, and the Troodos Mountains, where you can explore Kykkos Monastery and several wineries producing local Cypriot wines.
The closest beach is Vardas beach about 4 km away where you can enjoy a drink or meal by the sea.
The Coral Bay area has a fantastic beach, restaurants, bars and gift shops and is also a short drive away (Approx 4-5km). Alternatively drive along the coast road into the Akamas Region to enjoy the deserted beaches of Lara and beyond.
Amusement and water parks in Paphos are easily accessible from Tala as are the numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings, and Kourium amphitheatre near Limassol. A 15 minute drive will take you to Kato Paphos which is steeped in history, here you will find the pretty harbour, medieval fort, restaurants, bars, shops and lively nightlife.

We chose this villa as a luxurious break for our honeymoon and it met all our expectations! From the start the owners were very helpful, giving us advise and any info that we needed. Directions to the villa were very well written and made our trip much easier. Seeing as this was our first holiday with car rental we were a little worried as to how easy it would be to get around but the directions to supermarkets/restaurants etc really helped us out. The villa was sufficiently stocked with utensils, cutlery, pots and pans and it was a bonus to have a dishwasher for 10 days, not like back at home! The private pool really was the highlight of the holiday as it was a very decent size and you didn't feel like you were being watched by other neighbours. The views were also stunning with no large, obscene building getting in the way. We would definitely think of staying here again, maybe with a larger group this time as there was plenty of bathrooms and space to go around. Highly recommended!!! |

A luxury 5* villa in the village of Tala. The villa has everything you could possibly need and more. The villa is furnished and finished to a very high standard. Wi-Fi and sky TV are also included. A large selection of DVDs are also available. AC is available in every room and is not on timers, so you can sleep throughout the night without having to keep re-setting the AC. This is perfect for the hot summer nights. The pool is a good size, very clean and inviting. A car is necessary, as the walk to the village of Tala is a bit of a trek up and down hills. But an excellent way for keeping fit. We shall definitely return, Thank you Sue |

My husband & I stayed here with friends in July. We all just wanted a chill out in luxury quiet, private surroundings and we were not disappointed. Beautifully individual designed villa which is immaculately furnished to a very high standard. Kitchen is extremely well equipped.Good size swimming pool in private surroundings which was cleaned twice a week. Sue the owner was very helpful and accommodating. As she is based in the Uk her property management team were on hand during our stay and were also execellent. Very highly recommended. |
