Villa Arcadia is a Traditional Cypriot Villa located in the delightful village area of Tala, ideal for self catering
Being on the hillside it benefits from less humid conditions and is close to restaurants, and bars all within a 2 - 10 minute walk away
The Villa has pretty landscaped gardens with private 8m x 4m unheated swimming pool with traditional stone BBQ
The Villa also benefits from a Spacious open plan living/dining area, with feature fireplace fitted with a real flame gas fire.
Master double bedroom on ground floor has King size double bed and has en-suite facilities and patio doors leading to pool terrace. One further double bedroom (twin beds) with balcony and distant sea view, is located on the upper floor, along with large family bathroom.
Living/Dining room and all Bedrooms have the benefit of Air-Conditioning units for the Summer months, plus Ceiling Fans.
The Kitchen is well equipped with an Oven and Ceramic hob, Auto Washing machine, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Iron and Ironing board and plenty of Cooking utensils and Cutlery.
Sky TV no longer transmits to Cyprus
The Living room now has Internet installed giving Broadband & WiFi access and allows streaming British TV channels through a set up box and many more - the set up box allows for playing back missed programmes
The Living room also has a DVD player, and a separate CD Player with I-phone & I-pod docking and charging unit

The Villa is managed by a British couple who live nearby and are always avaialble to help you with any problems -
We can make your holiday a little more stress free, by arranging rental car pick-up, Cot & High-Chair Hire, even a Tailor made extended shopping list prior to your arrival - All charged locally.
Our Property Managers will leave the Keys in the Key-Safe prior to your arrival and also leave a welcome note, and can be contacted during your stay if you require further help.
We can also arrange Car Hire if required (often works out cheaper than sorting one at the Airport), in fact please inform us of any special requirements and we will be pleased to help.
For Car Hire we recommend Cy-Breeze in Paphos at cy-breeze.com.cy, as all cars are from their own fleet, and they meet you personally at Paphos Airport, no queuing or delivery charges.

The Paphos region
The Villa is just 2 minutes walk from 2 x Tavernas/Restaurants and a Delicatessen, and 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of the lovely traditional village of Tala, which has several Tavernas/Restaurants and 2 x Grocers shops all with a 'local feel'. Tala is a prestigious residential area which has the great benefit of cooler, less humid air during the hot summer months. Due to its elevated position there are spectacular views down to the coastline around Paphos and Coral Bay. A 15 minute drive will take you to Kato Paphos which is steeped in history, here you will find the pretty harbour, medieval fort, restaurants, bars, shops and lively nightlife.
The Tala area
Paphos is listed as a World Heritage Site with Third Century Mosaics, and the Tombs of the Kings. From Tala you can easily drive to the Akamas Peninsular, and the Troodos Mountains, where you can explore Kykkos Monastery and several wineries producing local Cypriot wines.
The 12th Century Monastery of St Neophytos is only a 5 minute drive from the Villa
For those interested in Golf then nearby Tsada offers an 18 hole Golf Course, with a further two courses within a 30 minute drive
Paphos has its own Waterpark, an ideal place to to entertain the Children

25% (Non refundable) deposit is required with your booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of £150.00 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This will be refunded once the key has been returned withi 10 days once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage, breakages or excessive final cleaning.
