This room has underfloor heating and an open fireplace to burn logs of an evening and toast your toes.
French doors lead to a lovely sitting area that catches the morning sun.
The music/art room has underfloor heating and seats approximately five and contains a baby grand piano, harmonium, electric & acoustic guitars, conga drums, keyboard, amps, percussion, art equipment, C.D.'s, books etc.
A large kitchen with adjoining dining room with large table seating up to 12, and access to an outside eating area that catches the evening sun.
The dressing up cupboard awaits for those with imagination. Do the adults enjoy it more than the chlldren?!

Wildlife garden and a low ropes course constructed in a lovely wooded area of rear garden. A quirky outdoor bath is ready for those who fancy something different. You have to be patient, light the fire, let the water heat up and then enjoy a soak! For 2013 a Boules court is being prepared for all to enjoy,

We provide one basket of logs free. Further supplies can be purchased locally.
PETS. Two pets are welcome. £25 each per visit. Pets are not allowed upstairs.
A returnable security deposit of £150 is required.
Weekly changeover is normally Friday or Saturday

Tyn Y Berth Hall was built in 1856 in the foothills of Cadair Idris in Snowdonia National Park, two minutes ride from the exquisite Tal Y Llyn Lake.
In an area famed for it’s beauty and close to the Green Dyfi valley and the Centre for Alternative Technology it offers groups and families the ideal centre for exploring Snowdonia, Aberdyfi, West Wales and the mountains of Mid Wales from a comfortable, big house.

Through the back gate of the Hall are walks into the hills and a wonderful sledging hill.
