Historical Ironmongery Cottage, used to be an ironmonger's shop in thE gold mining village. It's sort of a historical residential house in Jinguashi, New Taipei City, Taiwan.
And the most interesting is the house may be the smallest house provided to rent at the moment. Although it's a historical house, it has refurbished to a modern interior.
From designer's creativity, Historical Ironmongery Cottage became a totally surprising little house (studio).
Nearby there is a local restaurant and grocery store. Bus stops are 3 mins walk. The publich traffic is very convenient, comparing to other rent accommodation in this area.
The area is very quiet at night, and people here are friendly. Gold Ecological Park (Museum) is just 5 mins walk from the cottage.
Travelers can visit Jiufen old street by bus in 10-15 mins. Also there are many tracks with very good view in Jinguashi. Travelers can go hiking at tea pot mountain for 90 mins or Japanese old temple in halfway up a mountain for 30 mins.
