The villa is detached, has a heatable pool and a tropical garden of approx. 800 m2.
The large lounge-/dining room is very elegant and tastefully decorated. The main bedroom has a large double bed and the single bedroom a large single bed. The house is tastefully furnished and it has lots of paintings done by the owner who is an artist. If you wish you even can purchase them. There is a shady over roofed terrace just in front of the lounge and a terrace with garden furniture directly above the sea from where you have "postcard" views.

The Tenerife region
Magic island that Lord Nelson wanted to take. Tenerife has a mild climate all around the year. The north is green and has an abundance of tropic plants and flowers. The villa is situated in a Spanish residencial area on a hill side with views like out of a movie. The next beaches are in Mesa del Mar.
Discover the sunny beaches, marvel at the changing scenes, from it's volcanic lunar landscape of the Teide National park and to the lush oaisis of greenery from surrounding pools with palms a plenty at the loca hotels. Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands.
Tacoronte / El Pris area
To the next beach of Mesa del Mar it is only a couple of minutes by car. There is a large beach, 2 restaurants, sea-water pools and some very nice natural lava pools.
The romantic fishing village "El Pris" is easy to reach by walking from Mesa del Mar, there you still can watch the fishermen mending the nets and eat fresh fish.
