The cottage is about 800 meters from the sea. It is located in a seaside resort (Fontane Bianche), about 12 km from Syracuse. It's composed of one double bedroom, a little room with bunk beds, a living room with two beds, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.), a bathroom and a veranda. Near the veranda at the centre of the garden (500 mq), you will find a stone table and chairs, a barbecue as well as a little wash area. The villa is situated in a calm residential zone surrounded by pine trees that are especially refreshing during the warm months. It's ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 people. In the neighbourhood there are many food shops and big supermarkets open 24h/24h.
