In front of the huge garden there is a wide living-room with fireplace, from where you can enjoy a marvellous sea view through a large glass wall. In the living-room there are also an American bar and a gaming table. Through a little passage you get to the futurist dining-room linked to the enormous kitchen and laundry. In the other wing of the house are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one “suite” with private parlour and en-suite wide bathroom with shower, and a quadruple bedroom with bunk beds for children plus bathroom. There is also a study equipped with computer and fax. Downstairs there is an independent apartment consisting of a sitting-room with two sofa-beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Through an inner staircase or from an independent outside access, you get to the servants apartment with single bed and bathroom. Outdoors a beautiful 25.000 sq.m. Park planted with trees and lawn, several secluded spots, two hammocks, pool 8x15 meters equipped with teak sun beds, many benches and a little lake with aquatic plants. Walking along a lovely shady private pathway you get to the sea: there are a changing room with shower, a little volcanic sandy beach and a footbridge which leads to a platform on the sea, mounted from 1st June to 30th September.

Brucoli is a very nice fishrman village, where you can find restaurants, cafès, pizzwerias, little shops and basic services.
