The apartment is in one of Sydney's most exclusive suburbs, a wonderful place to stay for your Sydney visit. Located in beautiful Balmoral Beach it is just steps away from the beach where, as well as safe swimming areas, parks & bushland you will find tempting cafes and restaurants of world renown such as The Bathers Pavilion.

The apartment has stunning views of the beach & harbour from the living areas, kitchen and balcony and garden views from the kitchen and bedrooms.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with large built-in wardrobes, 1 bathroom, generous living area with timber floors and laundry. Enjoy the views from the balcony which is equipped with a barbecue, table & chairs. The kitchen has a gas cooktop and is fully equipped for a family long term stay. A double sofa bed is in a sunroom just off the living room and can be screened for some privacy if needed.

The apartment sleeps 6. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second has 2 singles and the double sofa bed off the living room. A cot is available if notice is given. All bedding and linen are provided.

The city of Sydney, capital of New South Wales, is home to The Sydney Opera House and The Sydney Harbour Bridge. When you stay in Balmoral you are just a 10-15minute drive to the heart of the city of Sydney. Good public transport is close by.You can also travel to the city via the scenic route by harbour ferry.

The spectacular Blue Mountains are 1hr away by car or take a guided bus tour.

Arriving from overseas at Sydney International Airport the apartment is a 20km drive. Collect a hire car at the airport, catch a taxi or pre-book a seat on a shuttle bus (for 2 or more a taxi is cheaper than shuttle).

Guestbook for Balmoral Beach Apartment

My wife and I recently stayed for a week at the Balmoral apartment with our son and his wife who were over from Perth. In the last couple of years we have been fortunate enough to stay in similar self.catering apartments in Perth and and half a dozen cities in Europe and we have no hesitation in saying that in terms of professionalism, comfort and homeliness the Balmoral apartment was the best. What we appreciated most was that the apartment was properly set up for us with the things that you need in a self-catering apartment. I didn't have to contact the landlord to complain that there weren't sufficient plates (Perth), no kettle (Venice), the hot water hadn't been switched on (Florence), the linen was worn out (Rome), and so on. While those little annoyances I've cited are easily fixed what they do signify when you encounter them is a lack of attention to detail and understanding of what the customers want. Because there was sufficient of everything (including towels, linen, coffee, tea and a few basic tins of food in the pantry) we could relax as soon as we arrived without having to waste time getting things fixed up. In short, our first impressions were very favourable.

What else is there to say about the apartment? It has great views and is close to good public transport and the beach. My wife and I enjoy walking and there are several excellent walks that you can do from the apartment. We loved staying in Balmoral and the apartment was the ideal location. Next time we are in Sydney we'd stay there again"

I just wanted to drop you a small email letting you know how pleased I am with the flat at Balmoral - it is everything I could want and expected, and MORE.
I have stayed at numerous other so-called self-contained, home-away-from-home places, but this one has every utensil I could ever need, tea bags, tea towels, plenty of other towels etc etc Foxtel, rugs, extra pillows etc
I'm just cooking tea now for the kids - all four of them - various meals, as they are all so fussy!
It isn't a chore . . . I have everything at my fingertips - and I bought a bottle of shiraz to help me!!
We went for a lovely walk along the beach, got some milk and wine, wandered back up the stairs to the apartment, had showers and are now ready to relax.
