There are many inexpensive cafes and take away food places. The Brighton Novotel is nearby with massage and gymnasium facilities. Brighton-Le-Sands is a popular place for weddings with a number of reception venues with the Bay as a backdrop.
How to get there
Romax Court is only a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport and the cost is less than $20.00 it is possible to catch the train and bus but, for two or more people, it costs more. Once at Romax Court a car is not necessary there is a bus service that runs to the local train station every 15 minutes and to the City every hour. If you want to hire a car for a trip to the Blue Mountains (2 Hrs by car) or Southern Highlands (1 Hr) there are many car hire firms near the airport.

ROMAX COURT - Terms and Conditions 1.Payment of the holiday accommodation deposit / rental fee constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2.The operators will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the operators reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. 3.To secure your holiday booking, a deposit of 30% is required to be paid within 7 days of booking. The balance must be paid on the day of arrival. 4.Keys will be made available once payment has been received in full. Should you be arriving after business hours, please let us know in advance so that alternate arrangements can be made for payment and handover of keys. Upon departure all keys are to be left at the premises on the dining table. 5.The premises are to be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state, including all garbage wrapped and emptied into outside garbage bin and washing up done. In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account. 6.Pets are not allowed at Romax Court. 7.Linen is provided and clean linen will be provided on request during your stay (extra charges may apply). Due to health requirements all guests are required to use sheets and pillow cases. 8.Smoking is not permitted inside Romax Court. 9.Any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks or keys is to be reported immediately and paid for at cost, other then acceptable wear and tear. Please note, that our cleaners do a detailed inventory check both before and after your occupation. 10.A security deposit (bond) is not required to, however all additional costs incurred as a result of breach of these Terms and conditions including any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, which occur due to the client occupying the premises is payable by the client. Any such amount due shall constitute a debt due to the Operator payable within seven (7) days of a claim made by the operator. 11.The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. Additional fees of $25.00 per person per night will apply for excess guests not notified to the operators in advance. 12.The operators take no responsibility for the client’s personal property left on the premises. 13.Check-out time is 10.00AM. Check-in time is 2.00PM. The client must vacate the property by the check-out time unless agreed with the operators in advance that they may stay longer. Without prior agreement, additional late departure fees will apply at the nightly rate. 14.The client making the booking must be 18 years or over and agree to take full responsibility for the temporary rental of the property. 15.Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms or properties. The BBQ must remain in the same position. 16.If the keys and the remote control for the driveway gate are not returned at the end of your stay a $125.00 fee will be charged.. 17.For call outs, outside of office hours, a $75.00 fee will be levied, if you lose your keys or lock yourselves out. 18.In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the property is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. A $50.00 cancellation fee will then apply.

May 2008 The Apartment on Botany Bay is a wonderful home away from home. Spacious, light, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The view from the lounge room is fantastic, we enjoyed looking out across the Bay. The location is great, just a short walk to the shops, RSL Club and local cafes. The RSL Club provides a great meal they even do takeaways. The secure off street car parking was appreciated. Our hosts John and Jennel were helpful and friendly but allowed us our privacy. We would certainly stay there again. (Rated 5/5)
