The views from this three bedroom Northern Beaches house are sensational and it is ideally located 1km from North Curl Curl beach, Dee Why and a short drive to world famous Manly beach. There are quite a few steps up to the top but the views make the effort worthwhile. Its large deck has spectacular views across Curl Curl beach to the city and is equipped with barbeque, outdoor dining for 8 and kids cubby house.
The open plan living area contains a double sofa bed, Plasma TV, DVD, stereo and dining for 8. A modern equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave & coffee machine with window overlooking fenced solar-heated pool at rear of house. Separate laundry with washing machine/drier.
A separate bathroom downstairs has a spa bath/shower. The master bedroom has King Size bed, TV, en suite with shower and separate spa bath with north and south facing balconies.
The second bedroom has a double bed with en suite toilet that also leads onto a rumpus room that opens onto to the pool. The rumpus room also contains a TV and a few children toys. The 3rd bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is off street parking for one car.
