What better way to relax after the days activities than with a BBQ on the deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean with the moon glistening on the water. Grab a cold drink to wind down with from the fully stocked " free" bar fridge (variety of Australian beer and wines) located downstairs in the bar and set the kids up with a movie on the BIG SCREEN or a game on X-BOX.X Box on a three metre by two metre screen that is !!!. You will all have a holiday to remember staying at "Blue Sea".

The New South Wales region
Sydney boasts one of the mildests climates in the world. Our summer weather is prevalent from October through to the end of April. Our winters are mild, with crisp clear mornings which generally warm up by lunch-time.
Cosmopolitan Manly is just a short 7 minute car ride away. The wonderful restaurants and pubs in this area make it very popular with both tourists and locals alike. A visit to Manly Waterworks and Manly Aquarium is also a great day out for the kids.
Further down the north end of the Penninsular, about a 35 minute car ride away is Palm Beach , or better know as "Summer Bay". Here you can also visit historical Barrenjoey Light House. Don't forget to stop in at the world famous Newport Arms for a drink on your way back home.
Sydney / Freshwater Beach area
"Blue Sea" is a 10 minute drive to Warringah Golf Course and nearby tennis courts. Each of the 2 beaches which are within a 10 minute walk from the property have great rock pools which accommodate both lap swimming and also splashing around for the kids.
Nearby Harbord Diggers Memorial Club (7 minutes away by foot) has an extremely well equipped gymnasium, complete with sauna, jacquizi and 25 metre indoor heated pool. Nearby Curl Curl beach (northern end) has a scenic costal walk which takes about 40 minutes, around to neighbouring suburb Dee Why.
The first weekend of June every year sees the Manly Food and Wine Festival. Wineries from across the land have stalls ready for you to sample (and purchase in quantitiy) . Local eateries also serve there most popular dishes and all this is done while gazing out at the famous Manly Beach.

A wide selection of car hire companies can be found at the airport however cheaper options are available withing a couple of kilometres from our property in Manly at Manly Rentals.

Further details indoors: A large open plan entertainers kitchen with stone bench tops and European appliances adjoins the living and dining room for relaxed living. This area opens to a huge oversized terrace/deck with automated sunroof for all-weather usage. There are remote control blinds in the main living room and master suite along with an intergrated sound system throughout the home and outside by the pool.
Further details outdoors: This home is architectually designed featuring sandstone and glass. Very state of the art and no expense spared on this multi million dollar luxury beach home, with huge floor to ceiling sliding doors which open to a surprisingly private yard/garden. Level entry from private cul de sac ensure total privacy for our VIP guests. The heated pool is a traditional-style lap pool complete with swimming jets and feature wall. The huge entertaining deck/terrace seats 8 people for dinner. The master suite and 2nd bedroom boast a private balcony each while the 3rd bedroom has sliders out to the garden and ocean views.
Conditions
A one week minimum stay on all bookings. A 25% deposit of the total of the accommodation cost is required to confirm your booking. This is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. A 2,000 pound FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit is required before check-in. This will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your departure providing nothing is broken or damaged after your stay. Please enquire about discounts which apply to bookings of over 1 month.
