Home description

Newport Beach-Large New Home-four minutes stroll from idyllic Newport Surf Beach. This is an open plan two storey house which entertainers love and can relax in. Down stairs there are three entertaining areas.
The large new quality sunny kitchen is the hub of activity which links to an informal dining and lounge area with 50" Plasma TV, surround sound stereo-dvd etc. This area leads out onto the covered BBQ patio. There is also a formal loungeroom where you can relax on the plush suede lounge. The dining room has seating for eight. There is also a full downstairs bathroom and direct access to the double garage.

Upstairs has a large rumpus with TV, stereo, sunny deck, large bathroom. Master bedroom has walk in wardrobe-large en suite/bathroom which includes large spa bath for two persons, a double shower and twin basins. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a king single bed and bedroom 4 has a king single bed with roll out trundle. The Rumpus room has a new sofa bed which sleeps two. The house sleeps 8 in total.

The house is only two years old with everything in perfect condition. The house has zoned reverse cycle Air Conditioning. The interior is open plan and bright and fun to live in. The upstairs sunny north facing balcony is a treat to have coffee on at breakfast time as the sun rises from the east. The entertainment/BBQ area off the kitchen has intergrated surround sound to enjoy music during dinner or afternoon drinks. Having three bathrooms ensures that you can always find a shower to wash off the sand when you return from the beach. The TV/stereo has approximately 20 movies and 20 music CD's for your enjoyment. The rumpus room has a soccor table-TV-Stereo. There is also a table tennis table which can be used in the garage. This house has lots of room and plenty of options of where to relax or things to do.

Further details outdoors:
Outside the BBQ patio leads directly on to the level sunny back yard. The gardens are fully landscaped. A trampoline is set up in the backyard for the enjoyment of the children. The rear yard catches the first rays of sunshine in the morning and is bright and warm all day, it's a lovely place just to relax or kick a ball with the kids. The rear yard is fully fenced and very secure. There are three beaches that are within an easy walk and a total of twenty which span from Manly to Palm Beach. This house is situated one minute walk from a major bus route running to Palm Beach/Manly or the Sydney CBD. There are plenty of restaurants within 1-3 minutes walk and numerous Yacht clubs to dine at. The famous Newport Arms Hotel, next to Dearin Reserve, is within walking distance or a 1-2 minute drive where you can sit on the lawn or at tables and overlooking yachts on beautiful Pittwater while watching sports on their giant entertainment screen.
