All our air-conditioned apartments are fully equipped with inclusions, such as colour TV, clock-radio, direct dial telephone, answering / voice-mail, cooktop, fridge, electric stove as well as a variety of small appliances.
Bondi serviced apartments are suitable for short and extended Sydney apartment stay for corporate accommodation or Sydney vacation rentals.
All our apartments are fully furnished and air-conditioned, some of the apartments enjoy water views to Bondi beach and Sydney skyline.
The apartments include a full bedroom, balcony, en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area with seating for 2, communal laundry and spacious storage areas.
Panoramic rooftop pool with sweeping Sydney view is located on the top level of our building.
All apartments are serviced weekly including change of towels and linen. (daily service is optional)
On-site reception and caretaker are provided for your convenience.

Our long stay weekly rates have to be pre booked and committed in advance. The Waldorf Group can offer a wide range of long-stay accommodation options for different size and types of apartments, differing packages of amenities, service level as well as full range of flexible solutions to both Corporate and private clients.

We specialise in business relocation accommodation and will be delighted to provide you with a flexible, tailor made accommodation package for your company or executives rental requirements.

In selective locations we can offer to our guests combined office and accommodation serviced apartments.

Conditions

Winter rates start from A$550 per week, whilst summer rates over the summer start at A$700 per week for the budget studio and A$750 per week for the standard studio.

Daily rates start from A$105 for budget studio and A$120 for a standard studio. (Winter rates from A$85.)
Long term rates are available and special stand-by rates are available 3 days prior to arrival, subject to availability.
Our furnished studio apartments accommodation are a value for your money alternative for Sydney hotel accommodation, Sydney corporate housing or just Sydney vacation rentals.
A one week non-refundable deposit is required prior to confirmation of accommodation for our discount weekly rates.
