The New South Wales region

This part of Manly is on the narrow neck of land between the surf beach and the harbour, so although it is situated directly on the surf beach, it is also really close to the sheltered harbour beach near the yacht club. Manly is the first of a whole string of beaches which runs for about 20 km north of the city of Sydney. This unit is just a 2 min walk to the entertainment/cafe strip and the wide variety of shops, clubs and pubs at Manly Corso. It is overlooking a quiet part of the beach, so you will get some sleep.

Why not walk on the beach, then take a ferry to work over our famous harbour, or maybe join the surf shool, the scuba diving school. You will be able to do your own thing in the surf, or in the still water pool, fish off the beach at sunset, or work out on the beach volley ball courts. There is a board walk and park running right along the beach, for about 3 km. This is a favourite place to walk/run beside the waves, to cycle or to roller skate. It is all just outside your front door! Manly is very sporty and has tennis courts, an oval, sailing, and wind surfing. There are at least 2 golf courses nearby. All this is easy to walk to. The beach is in use all year round.

By jetcat or ferry from Circular Quay, Sydney, or by bus from Sydney Approx 15 min

The front of the house is the beach, this is a beachfront unit. All the facilities you could possibly need are a part of your front yard!.
We are really close to Manly's beachfront, salt water rock pool. This is what is meant by "shared outdoor swimming pool"

Conditions

There is a minimum stay of 2 months. The apartment is perfect for someone looking to spend a couple of months here, or for someone returning to Sydney after some time. It is a rare find! Fully furnished apartments available on leases shorter than 6 months are really difficult to find anywhere in Sydney. This apartment is let on a medium term basis so the rates are very much lower than short term holiday rental rates.

What is more, it is gorgeous, and it is located right on the beachfront in the best part of Manly.

You will only have to buy your food and bring your beach towel! This fully furnished apartment contains everything, linen, kitchen equipment, cuttlery, crockery. This means that you will be able to slide right in
to this gorgeous space without any shopping, or running around, when you get here.
