This 4 bedroom family home is comfortable with all the modern cons and ideal for families. Upstairs is the kitchen and the living/dining area which opens onto a balcony with filtered water views. On the balcony you can dine and watch the magnificent sunset over national park and admire the surrounding abundant native birdlife. The living area is also equipped with a wide screen plasma TV.
The large master bedroom has an ensuite and WIR. B/r 2 & 3 have a single and pull out trundle.
Downstairs is the 4th b/d with double bunk bed and overhead single. There is a newly renovated separate living area with a wet bar opening onto an inground pool and outdoor BBQ area, great for entertaining. There is also a laundry and a toilet.
The small backyard has a swing set, enclosed trampoline and a cubby house with slippery dip. The location is 5 minutes drive from Avalon, bilgola and Newport beaches and 15 minutes from the famous Palm Beach.

The New South Wales region
Bilgola Plateau crowns the peninsula rising from the ocean beach to 169 metres. Bilgola lies between Newport to the south and Avalon and Clareville to the north. On the east is the Tasman Sea and on the west side is Pittwater, it's waterways providing access to most water sports, from yachting to scuba diving and surfing, and wind surfing.
Nearby Avalon is superb for swimming, surfing windsurfing and fishing. A rock swimming pool is located at the southern end of the beach. A shady park area provides refuge from the summer sun, together with picnic and barbeque facilities. Avalon also hosts a markets on the last Sunday of every 2nd month.
Palm Beach only 15 mins drive, is also where the TV Show Home and Away is filmed, better known to audiences as Summer Bay.
Sydney / Bilgola Plateau area
A stay in one of the most beautiful places in Sydney will have you wanting to come back for more. Bilgola Plateau is a 5 minute drive from Avalon, Clareville and Newport Beaches.
Nearby Clareville & Paradise beach have flat sandy, clean tidal shores. These Pittwater beaches are ideal for the young or the not so young. Relax whilst having a picnic, going boating, fishing, canoeing or sailing. BBQs are also available at Clareville.
Alternatively you can visit one of the many patrolled surf beaches only mins away. Avalon, Bilgola, Newport, Whale or the famous Palm Beach.
Palm Beach is only 15 mins drive. At Palm beach you may wish to do the Barrenjoey Lighthouse walk, trek to the top of waterfalls or take a beach stroll.
Avalon Village is very cosmopolitan with gorgeous boutique shopping & cafes. There are many restaurants, some with courtesy buses and the finest dining in Sydney. In Avalon you can visit the local cinema or just walk around Avalon with an ice-cream and mingle with the colourful locals.
Hire a boat or yacht, go fishing, surf, fine dine or just relax at home by the pool.....

Fly to Sydney - Bilgola Plateau is just 45 minutes drive from the airport. Flights available from the UK with Qantas, BA & others. Car hire available from www.thrifty.com.au or www.avis.com.au Local shuttle buses run between the airport and the town, You should book prior to your arrival.
