A short stroll to world famous Bondi Beach. We even timed it! It takes 1.6 minute walk to Bondi Beach and local village shops.
This property is a beautiful, tranquil home, fully furnished with style. It has a peaceful private backyard on title for exclusive use. Raw artwork and appeal will leave you feeling like you are part of this creative Beach House space. With 2 good sized bedrooms, plus the main bedroom has leafy outlook sunroom. A large wardrobes for each room. The 2nd bedroom double bed can be seperated into 2 twin beds for single sleepers or children. Open plan living, with separate kitchen, dining and living space. Bi-fold doors bring the outdoors inside and lead out to the large deck, overlooking the shaded garden. The bathroom has a bath and shower with renovated classic design. An internal laundry cupboard with a washing machine and dryer.
The property is built on solid rock and has a natural air flow, with shading trees creating a very cool space in Summer months. This is eco cooling at its best so installing an AC would be in vain as its not needed at all.
Winter provides a warm and cosy apartment, with gas heating, like a fireplace. With the northerly aspect, the Winter months provide sunshine from the deciduous trees to the deck and through the bi-fold doors.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation NSW Guidelines
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Payment of booking constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
One set of linen and towels will be provided with your booking, further linen/towels can be provided at $70 per complete set.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to arrival. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed 4 adults or subsequently agreed in writing or email, and no more than 8 people in the apartment at one time. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay.
Personal Liability – it is the tenants' responsibility for their own safety and welfare and owners are not liable for any harm caused to tenants' welfare while at The Tranquil Backyard.
Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and additional payments of 100% per night of excessive noise.
AUD $1000 Security deposit is charged. The total amount will be refunded through Holiday Lettings UK, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing

Bondi Beach is Australia's most famous beach with glorious golden sands, stunning surf and a vibrant seaside village. It's a great destination for people watching, surfing, swimming, shopping and dining in one of the 130+ cafes and restaurants.
Near the beach is the lively tourist strip on Campbell Parade but make sure you head up Hall St, Gould St and Glenayr Ave to enjoy the more vibrant heart of the village with designer boutiques, funky cafes, galleries, organic foods and endless eclectic shops. Visitors should be a little wary. Strong rip currents can take swimmers by surprise and for those trying body surfing for the first time, the waves can be very powerful. Stingers can also be a hazard at certain times of year. Please always swim between the flags.
Only ten minutes in a car to Sydney's CBD, where you can visit The Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Or search on the RTA (Sydney's Roads and Traffic Authority) for ways to get around Sydney with the public transport buses and trains.
