All major facilities in the city centre including the new LC2 leisure centre, shopd, cafes, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs are within easy walking distance.
The apartment is overlooking the Marina and the new Waterfront Museum. Furnishings are light and modern throughout the apartment, with all items being new or up to date.
