About the home

The apartment is ideally placed for the city centre, the Marina and the Swansea Bay promenade which runs all of the way to Mumbles. All major facilities in the city centre including the new LC2 leisure centre, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs are within easy walking distance.

The apartment is overlooking the Marina and the new Waterfront Museum. Furnishings are light and modern throughout the apartment, with all items being new or up to date. The open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area overlooks the Marina and yachts. The lounge has a 30" flat screen TV with DVD and freeview facilities. Patio doors open onto a balcony.

The dining table will comfortably fit four persons for those quiet evenings and the fitted kitchen includes a gas hob with extractor hood over, oven and grill, microwave, integrated dishwasher, intergrated fridge and freezer and intergrated Washeing machine & dryer. All facilities are available which will include iron and ironing board etc.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom overlooks the marina with outstanding aspects. The second bedroom has a double bed with en suite facilities which is fully tiled with shower, hand basin and WC. The main bathroom is again fully tiled with hand wash basin, WC and shower.

The Swansea / Maritime Quarter area

The Marina is acknowledged as one of the best in the UK which is close to the city centre, and is good for bikers. Great for socialising, theatre and sightseeing. Superb location for accessing the Brecon Beacons, Gower, Mumbles and other areas.

The property is 10 minutes from Mumbles and Gower with its 20 or more nature reserves, its walking and glorious beaches. There are 5 golf courses within easy reach; around 20 mins. The area is also great for cycling and has watersports nearby.

AIRPORTS: Cardiff International airport is 1 hour by car and Bristol Airport is 1.5 to 2 hours.
FERRY: Ferry services from Swansea to Cork, Ireland are closeby - 10/15 mins at most by car.
RAIL: trains run hourly every day from London Paddington and Swansea High Street Station is 10 minutes away.
