Just 18 miles long and less than 8 miles wide the area has nearly 400 miles of public rights of way, and 23 nature reserves. Gower offers a great variety of beaches and coves attracting everyone form surfers to the more relaxed hikers and sun worshipers.
Swansea / Maritime Quarter area
Within a few miles is the busy fishing village of Mumbles. There are walks that can be taken right from your doorstep including Bishopston Valley that leads through woodland to the picturesque Pwlldu Beach.
How to get there
By car: M4 take J42 onto the A483 to Swansea. The property is approximately 7 miles from this junction. (A full set of directions are available on request). Many airlines fly into Cardiff International which is approximately 1 hour by car. The next closest airport is Bristol which is approximately 2 hours away. Alternatively all major airlines fly to London Heathrow and Gatwick which is approximately 3.5 hours by car. Trains also run hourly Mon - Friday from London Paddington.
