Home description

The apartment is ideally placed for the promenade which stretches all the way to Mumbles, while the attractions of the Marina and the city of Swansea are within easy walking distance.

Accommodation: The furnishings are light and modern throughout. The open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area overlooks the sea with panoramic views across Swansea Bay. The lounge has a large leather corner unit with glass occasional tables, a 32” flat screen TV/DVD and Freeview. Patio doors open onto a generous corner balcony which has patio furniture. The deluxe fitted kitchen has integrated appliances including: a gas hob with extractor hood over, double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and an en suite shower room (with wash hand basin and WC). The second bedroom has twin beds which also convert into a super king. Both bedrooms benefit from further sea views. The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a three piece suite with shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC.

The South Wales / Swansea/Bridgend/Neath region

Designated as Britain's first area of outstanding natural beauty - Gower has some of the most beautiful scenery you are ever likely to see. Just 18 miles long and less than 8 miles wide the area has nearly 400 miles of public rights of way, and 23 nature reserves. Gower offers a great variety of beaches and coves attracting everyone form surfers to the more relaxed hikers and sun worshipers.


Swansea / Maritime Quarter area

Within a few miles is the busy fishing village of Mumbles. There are walks that can be taken right from your doorstep including Bishopston Valley that leads through woodland to the picturesque Pwlldu Beach.


How to get there

By car: M4 take J42 onto the A483 to Swansea. The property is approximately 7 miles from this junction. (A full set of directions are available on request). Many airlines fly into Cardiff International which is approximately 1 hour by car. The next closest airport is Bristol which is approximately 2 hours away. Alternatively all major airlines fly to London Heathrow and Gatwick which is approximately 3.5 hours by car. Trains also run hourly Mon - Friday from London Paddington.
