The South Wales region

A short journey takes you to several lovely beaches located at the North-Western end of Gower, Rhossili Bay and Broughton Bay leading to Whiteford Sands. Both are three-mile long stretches of golden sand that are havens for water enthusiasts and walkers alike. There are many beautiful coastal walks in the area to keep you busy including approximately 30 miles of Wales’ National Coastal Path

Visitors choose to book Llangennith accommodation because of the village’s idyllic setting. Situated in the heart of the Gower peninsula, South Wales, the village huddles round a central green and the church of St Cenydd, founded in the 6th century. There is a village pub and other fine places to eat just a short distance away. Groceries can be purchased (Easter to September) at the Broughton Farm Caravan Park, next to Broughton Beach, where there is car parking and also a children's playground
