Looking to enjoy a beautiful break in Wales and explore the Welsh coast and countryside this is a perfect base. Situated on Swansea's Waterfront Marina you can make the most of both worlds. From the stunning coastlines of the Gower & Pembroke to the countryside of the Brecon Beacons, there is also a wealth of nightlife with bistros, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. The property offers views of Swansea Bay, the Mumbles, the city and Marina. With secure underground parking for 1 vehicle (a second can be arranged) and an onsite restaurant at the top floor of Wales tallest building. The property offers a modern and high standard of fitting and equipment with flat screen TV's in the lounge and both bedrooms. Travel cot, high chair, baby walker, children's games, buckets and spades etc. are also available on request. We would also be happy to try and accommodate any special request you may have.

You can enjoy walks along Swansea beach to the Mumbles, visit the restaurants of the city or venture into the Gower and Pembroke by bus or by car. The Apartment is in execellent condition and is equipped to a very high standard.

In the heart of Wales famous Swansea Waterfront. Seconds walk to the beach, minutes to the city. Easy access to the amazing coastline of the Gower and Pembroke. Some of Wales best Blue Flag beaches are just 10 minutes away as is the pretty coastal town of Mumbles.

You can reach most of South Wales coastal and country attractions within an hours drive.

This is a great location for familes, the retired and young at heart. Whatever your needs there will plenty to please and lots of fresh sea air.

The Swansea / Swansea Marina area

Swansea is fast becoming a highly sort after holiday and short break destination. It offers a wealth of facilities and attractions. Plus it has a lively night time scene, offering many bars, bistros, restaurants and nightclubs within easy walk.

The LC2 Leisure facility is only 2 minutes walk with swimming, water slides, indoor wave riding, 4 storey aquatic themed interactive play area and 30ft indoor climbing wall for the kids. Plus a state of the art gym and exercise classes to keep the adults entertained.

Next to the LC2 is Swansea and Wales newest National Waterfront Museum, which offers a wealth of information and state of the art interactive technology.

The marina offers access to boating and fishing trips.

The location provides amazing access to parks, beaches and countryside.

There are numerous golf courses within a few miles for all abilities.

Swansea has two wonderful theatres within a five minutes walk. The Grand Theatre is a traditional theatre that always has something of interest on offer including top musicals and thrilling plays. The Dylan Thomas Theatre prides themselves of their diversity of programmes and have been the home of the multi-award winning Swansea Little Theatre group for over 30 years.

It is within easy access to Mumbles which is a small bustling seaside village, which has many small boutiques, bistros, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. A beautiful seafront location with its very own quaint promenade and pier.

Located on Swansea Marina access is easy from the M4 by car, Swansea Central Bus or Train Station.

Each of these are just minutes away.

The nearest airport is Cardiff about 50-60 minutes drive.

By car we recommend taking junction 42 from the M4 and folowing the signed for the city. (Pick up the signs for the Marriott, we are right next door on the waterfront.
