The Penthouse Apartment boast fantastic panoramic sea views and is situated in an ideal location.

The property which was originally a single dwelling designed in 1884 by Charles T Miles, the same architect who designed Westbourne Library and several other listed buildings.

Wireless Broadband Usage. Wireless broadband can be requested when you book. If requested you will be charged a non-refundable preliminary payment of £10.00 per a stay for the first 2 GB. One super king size bed in Master bedroom and one double bed in second bedroom.

There are four dining chairs, two leather tub chairs and a three seat leather sofa plus a bean bag.

One dining table and one coffee table.

There are two LED TV's one located in the dinning room and the other located in the Master bed room.

We do allow a family up to five people if this includes a young baby which still sleeps in a cot and is not yet crawling or walking.

We provide the following for your baby: -

- Travel cot and mattress and mattress cover however you will need to provide the rest of the bed linen.

- Changing Mat

- High Chair

We take no responsibility for any lost items. We are sorry but other then young babies no under fives.

"Lovely view, lack of facilities"

As you can tell from our other reviews all rated 5 this is unfortunately a case of one customer not being happy about paying his broadband usage even though he had read then requested the service and agreed to pay it.
First of all we are not in the attic as the attic is located above us. These rooms were the Victorian Villa's original bedrooms and designed with high ceilings. Secondly the kitchen is done up to a very high spec with granite work tops and offers all mod cons including a modern oven and utensils which are advertised and our photos clearly demonstrate. We now have two flat screen TV's one in the Master bedroom and one in the living room and there are plenty of channels to watch. We have always had a CD/DVD player with available DVD's.
If our customers requests Broadband then a preliminary fee of £10 is normally paid up front and they are aware that any extra usage will be charged. The preliminary amount has been based on what most of our customers use. In this case the customer had not paid their Broadband preliminary payment upfront as implied here and although they were contacted everyday due to excessive usage they choose not to respond. They were informed that they had used more than our monthly allowance which I must add none of our other customers in seven years have ever done!!! The Broadband costs are clearly documented and also in our terms and conditions which they had read and signed. I believe it is only fair to also point out that even though we were under no obligations we actually gave them a big discount!!! Both bedrooms have a double wardrobe which our photos clearly demonstrate. The Penthouse is on the third floor and is located only two minutes on foot from the beach. When I spoke to the customer I was informed they had a lovely time and our apartment was lovely.

"Wonderful views"

Lovely apartment less than a five minute walk from Swanage sea front and town centre. The views of the bay were lovely to sit and look at. My idea of a good holiday to be able to leave the car I'm pleased to say we parked the car up and it didn't move until the day we left.perfect. Walks either way you left the apartment . My only negative is that I don't see the point of glass blocks in bathroom walls but I suppose the main thing is would it stop me staying here again then no it wouldn't hopefully we'll be back again next year.

"Stylish Comfortable Holiday Accommodation"

I stayed with a friend and my two children aged 7 and 9. The penthouse was stunning and well equipped. The master bedroom was very comfortable with a king size bed, and whilst the second double bedroom was smaller, it too was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances and the welcome pack was helpful (although a few more dishwasher tablets would have been welcome - only one was provided - for the cost of the stay I think more could have been included). The views over the bay from the lounge were fabulous. The apartment was well located for access to the town and beach, with plenty of eating/drinking places to chose from. The walk back up the rather steep hill from the beach was challenging (although not too far), and when added to the three flights of stairs to the penthouse, it certainly got the heart pumping, but the benefit of the views from the apartment made it all worthwhile. Swanage is a lovely location for a family holiday. We were blessed with good weather and a great time was had by all (my children particularly enjoyed crabbing well into the evening........a must for all ages!!).

The apartment is on the second floor and located only 100 yards from the town centre and the beech. We are self catering and we do supply at the start of your stay all bathroom towels, bed linen included in the price. There is a complementary arrival pack with useful handy and helpful items available to help you settle in. A list of these items is promptly sent out with the booking information enabling you to pack other essential items required. We also supply more than one dish washer tablet as stated in the list and it appears on this occasion we have had to inform the cleaners. Our prices vary depending on high or low season.
