SEA COURT SEASIDE VICTORIAN VILLA APARTMENT WITH PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS.

The Penthouse Apartment boast fantastic panoramic sea views and is situated in an ideal location. The property which was originally a single dwelling designed in 1884 by Charles T Miles, the same architect who designed Westbourne Library and several other listed buildings.
Sleeps 4, Grading: excellent, Chic, Private parking bay, Linen and bathroom towels suppled at no extra charge, Children over five welcome, No smoking, Pets not allowed, Wireless Broadband, SKYTV, DVD /CD, Sorry due to the building's age disability amenities not available, Communal gardens.

From November 2011 Up To 16th December 2011 and also 7th January 2012 to10th February 2012 Stay For Up To 4 nights For The Price Of 2 nights at £360. Prices inc. supply of bed linen & bath bathtowels, all utility bills (not LAN) and wireless broadband also available.

One super king size bed in Master bedroom and one double bed in second bedroom.
There are four dining chairs, two leather tub chairs and a three seat leather sofa plus a bean bag.
One dining table and one coffee table.

We do allow a family of five but you will be responsible to bring your own extra facilities such as i.e. a temporary bed and bedding and bathroom towels for instance.

We have returned today from a really lovely stay in your Swanage apartment! The apartment is great, we love the views. I cannot imagine you would ever tire of looking out across the town and bay! We have been blessed with fantastic weather and managed good, long walks taking in scenery, pub lunches and a memorable ride on the Corfe to Swanage railway. After a beautiful week in the apartment I thought that I should contact you. The apartment was well presented with everything we would ever need available to us - it felt like being home from home! The views from the lounge window are amazing and capture the feel for Swanage bay. We had a lovely stay at the apartment and would recommend it to our friends. Kind regards Lyndsey.

To let you know we had a most enjoyable break, an understatement, the view was wonderful. The accommodation was superb, spotless, comfortable with good linen and had all that we could wish for.

to the town, shops and beach was very much appreciated (when we didn't go further afield) ...
