Corfe Castle, with its famous ruins and quaint village square and Studland ,with soft sandy beaches and chain link ferry to Bournemouth are all just a 10 minute drive from the property.

In 2001 The Jurassic Coast ,which runs from Lyme Regis to Poole Harbour was awarded World Heritage status, it is England's only UNESCO natural World Heritage site! The area has some of the finest countryside, Stunning views, busy maritime harbours, historic houses & gardens, castles, villages and market towns.Over half of Dorset is officially recognised as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The south west coast path has some of the most spectacular coastline to explore.
Swanage area
Swanage is a seaside town on the Jurassic Coast and part of the World Heritage Coast. A large variety of restaurants & cafes serving everything from sandwiches to Al la Carte, and traditional village Inns are all within a short distance. The safe sandy bay is perfect for swimming and water sports. Numerous boat trips are available from the quay, a wonderful way to see the outstanding coastline. There are several festivals through the year including a Blues Festival in early Spring, week long Regatta and Carnival in summer and Folk festival at the end of the summer. The Swanage Steam Railway holds events all year,Thomas the Tank Engine and the Fat Controller visit too! Walks can be enjoyed in the area with some of the most impressive views of the coastline and surrounding countryside. Durlston Country Park is a wonderful place to visit to get in touch with nature, guided walks and activities are available for all ages or just go it alone!

Conditions
Strictly No Smoking anywhere at the property. A deposit of one third of total cost of your hoilday is required when booking, balance is due no later than eight weeks before hoilday commences and no reminder will be sent. Payment by personal cheque with valid guarantee card. Please send a separate, refundable payment of £50 and an S.A.E with final payment. Cheque will be posted back to you, provided no extra cleaning, repairs or replacements are needed at the property after your departure. Receipts and confirmation of booking are sent once payment has cleared.

Swanage is a beautiful place. I can see us returning here time after time. We've had a fantastic first family hoilday in excellent accommodation, set in sunny Swanage. Accommodation home from home in a great location. Great house in a great place, can't wait to come back! Had a fantaastic time here. The accommodation was perfect.
