The front door opens directly into a fully fitted kitchen/dining room with laminate flooring. From here the corridor leads to the lounge and then into the garden via a patio door. Also on the ground floor is a toilet. The 1st floor comprises 2 double bedrooms, with wardrobes and drawer space and a TV in bedroom 2. Bathroom no.1 is situated on this floor with a shower, toilet and sink. The 2nd floor comprises 2 further double bedrooms, 1 with 2 junior/double beds and the other with 2 single beds. The 2nd bathroom is on this floor, with a bath, in bath shower, toilet and sink.
Outside the back of the house is a private, walled, patio garden, with a picnic bench and to the front of the house is a gated, patio area with a bench.

Conditions
Bookings are usually taken from Saturday to Saturday, but we are fairly flexible and if there is availability, we will do all we can to accommodate.
The West Country / Dorset region
Swanage's dramatic landscape offers wild flowers and heathers in Spring, brilliant sunshine and lay Summer days, warm Autumn colours over the heathland and hills, and country pubs with log fires, blazing on Winter nights. There are so many things to do and see, many bridleways and footpaths for mountain biking, rambling or horse riding, local swimming pools, tennis courts, an indoor and outdoor bowling green, a funfair and amusement arcade from Easter through to October, and between Swanage and Studland, a golf course to while away the hours.
The Swanage area
Swanage is a gem of the Dorset coast! In this unique area, glorious sandy beaches, and breathtaking scenery, blend harmoniously with peaceful, unspoilt countryside, and picturesque villages. This very special area has so much to offer, from the traditional seaside holiday,with safe, award winning beaches & excellent family facilities, to the stunning Purbeck hills and Jurassic coast. The romantic ruin of Corfe Castle stands just a few miles from swanage. Why not take a ste back in time and take a trip ther on the steam train? For food there are the traditional fish and chip restaurants, good local pub grub, tapas bars, Indian and Chinese cuisine, and other treasures that can be found within walking distance. At the far end of the town is the award winning Victorian pier, home to diving centres, boat and fishing trips from the quay, and wonderful events, with plenty to do in the Summertime.
