The Sandcastle is a well equipped, centrally located 4 bedroom Victorian/Edwardian townhouse within easy walking distance of the beach and all local amenities. The property was totally refurbished in Summer 2012 and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people as follows:

- Lounge - 3 sofas, 40" TV, Blu-Ray player

- Conservatory / Dayroom - dining table & 8 chairs, corner sofa unit, 32" TV, iPod docking station, DVD player

- Kitchen - fridge / freezer, additional fridge, double oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Selection of good quality saucepans, cooking utensils & crockery etc.

- Ground floor shower room with basin & WC.

- 4 bedrooms - 2 double rooms (1 king size, 1 double, both with TV) and 2 twin rooms. All with hanging space and drawers.

- Family bathroom - refurbished in March 2013, bath with shower over, basin & WC

- Garden with decking areas, table and chairs, BBQ, access to garage.

"A hidden gem in Swanage"

This beautiful terraced house is so close to everything that you would wish to visit in Swanage that you feel immediately relaxed as soon as you step in, or out, of the front door! The house itself is bright and airy, with a seaside touch added in most rooms. There's an excellent kitchen and dining area to the rear, with a lovely soft lounge area next to it, fully kitted-out with all you need for TV and music. The garden sits below at the rear, down off the decking and the raised deck at the bottom is subtly screened by bamboos and similar mature plants. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the pillows and mattress in our room were just superb.... we even made a note of what they were so we could look them up when we got home! The shops, beach and restaurants were all within 5-10 minutes walk down a number of routes and streets and we found the railway, with its steam trains, was also only a few minutes walk away. All in all, a lovely house, perfectly placed for all amenities and visitor attractions and clearly well looked after. Very relaxing!

"Excellent accommodation. Will definitely go again!!"

This accommodation was perfect for my family & I. We have 3 boys all under 5 so accommodation was always going to be important. The owners were very helpful and managed to acquire highchair, baby bath & travel cot which saved us a lot of hassle. The house was very well furnished. (Much better than I would expext of a holiday let). They even included games, fishing nets buckets and spades! Location is perfect for walking in to town and to the beach (10 mins with double buggy). Local supermarket only 5 mins away. Swanage is great for kids (Carnival week particularly) and there are some great beaches within a 10 minute drive. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return in the near future! I'd recommend "The Sandcastle" to anyone!!

"Beautifully presented property in convenient location"

This is a spacious house which was beautifully presented and well kitted out with everything we needed. It is easy to walk into town from the property, there is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you to Corfe, and of course the steam train is nearby. It is also easy to walk to the local Coop for forgotten provisions! The owners were very prompt with all replies and a useful information sheet. I would definitely recommend to friends and hope to be able to return ourselves one day!
