There is a decked area which is ideal for bbq's, and a table tennis table is offered together with a range of outside furniture.

The family friendly house is located in the centre of the village of Studland which is well known for its nature reserves, beaches and quaint village surroundings. .

Featuring 5 good size bedrooms, separate lounge, dining room, kitchen and a garden room, one downstairs w/c, three upstairs w/c's and a bath with shower over together with a shower cubicle in the en-suite. There is also an outside shower in the rear garden area which is ideal for cleaning off the sand after a busy day on the beach. Outside furniture and a gas bbq are provided together with a table tennis table.

We do consider well behaved dogs, we just ask that our guests tidy up after them and that they do not go upstairs.

There is off road parking for several cars, free Wi-Fi and bed linen and hand and bath towels are provided.

Bed linen is provided (except for cots) together with towels, however, we would ask our guests to provide their beach towels.

The West Country region

There is something for everyone at this beautiful location. The traditional seaside town of Swanage with the famous railway, sandy beach, play areas and range of restaurants, shops and bars is just a short drive away and if you prefer to take the local bus then there is a bus stop just outside of the property .

To visit Sandbanks via the famous chain ferry and then maybe visit Poole Qiuay, museum, see the Sunseeker boats, take a boat trip to Wareham or just experience the lovely old town, then this is also just a short drive away and also there is a local bus.

Bournemouth, Christchurch, New Forest and Dorchester are all areas of particular interest that should be explored too.

Swanage

A glorious natural coastline in Purbeck featuring a four-mile stretch of golden, sandy beach, with gently shelving bathing waters and views of Old Harry Rocks and the Isle of Wight. Ideal for water sports. The heathland behind the beach is a haven for native wildlife and here you will find trails through the sand dunes and woodlands and lots of opportunities for cycling.

Visiting here is just like stepping back in time and this is the ideal place to visit to slow down and relax for a while.
