On the second floor is a modern open plan lounge with cosy flame effect gas fire and flat screen T.V. Fully equiped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, gas hob and fridge. The dining area seats 5 people. Double doors open onto the juliette balconette with stunning sea views across Swanage Bay.

The master suite on the third floor also has superb sea views and a double bed with built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a W/C, bath and seperate shower. The house is heated by gas central heating.

There's also a solid oak double wardrobe with both hanging space and drawers as well as a large wall mirror and solid oak side table. This bedroom is situated on the ground floor with it's own bathroom.

offering a beautiful sandy beach, wonderful coastline and cliff top walks. Durlston

Park is an area of wonderful flora and fauna, and a magnificent location to view

the enchanting coastline.

Swanage Bay

Superior holiday house situated in the seaside town of Swanage, Dorset. This costal

accomodation is located 200 yards from the beautiful Blue flag beach and Swanage seaside town. The area is surrounded by the Purbeck hills and provides a perfect base for rural and coastal walks. The house is set adjacent to the Downs with a footpath to the Lighthouse and all along the cliff tops. Experience a ride on the Steam railway which is located in Swanage itself. Durlston Country Park is a 20 minute walk from the property, where the area is a prime location for bird watching and wildlife spotting. Here the cliff walk is perfect for viewing the magnificient Jurrasic coastline, the visitors centre provides and study centre perfect for all ages to gain knowledge of the surrounding area and its flora and fauna. There is a delightful restaurant offering a variety of dishes, light bites, tea, coffee, and cakes etc. well worth a visit.

For a more leisurely time a 3 minute walk from the property and you can be on

the beautiful golden sands of Swanage or a short distance on is Swanage

boat yard where you can see local fisherman coming and going with their daily

catch. Swanage is a perfect location and a great base to explore the South coast

from.

"Really comfortable house, great location, fantastic views."
