Oak Tree Cottage is situated in the middle of our farm in the open landscape of Norfolk Breckland countryside. It is surrounded by off road country tracks perfect for cycling, walking, riding and bird watching.
This traditional detached country house has a spacious, fully enclosed garden with a paddock.
Large kitchen dining area and cosy sitting room both have wood burners and wood is provided free of charge.
The cottage sleeps 6 - 8 people and is perfect for families. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome.
Within easy reach of the North Norfolk Coast and plenty of get away beaches.
Within a few miles are some great local pubs and the historic market town of Swaffham.
Very close to NT Oxborough Hall and Castle Acre Priory.

Within easy reach of the North Norfolk coast with plenty of get away beaches and pubs and restaurants:
The seaside resort of Hunstanton with sandy beaches, rock pools, majestic cliffs, gardens and traditional amusements, funfair and host of water based activities. And the solitude of a huge choice of massive beaches all the along to Holkham beach made famous in the film Shakespeare in Love. Sandringham House is one of many local attractions.
Also close by is Thetford Forest with its Go Ape family attraction and miles of off road activities.
NT Oxborough Hall is only 3 miles away and Castle Acre Priory and castle is a great day out for the family.
Fishing, riding and golf are all available close by.
The historic towns of Swaffham and Downham market are a few minutes drive away with a choice of shops, inns, restaurants, tennis and sports cnetre.
Oak Tree Cottage is set in the middle of our family farm. We are a mixed farm growing wheat, potatoes, sugar beet and barley. We also grow asparagus on our light sandy soils which is perfect in our dry climate. There are also cattle and sheep.
We will keep you up to date with what happening on the farm and you are welcome to see what we are doing wether it be lambing or harvesting. During the apsaragus season (April - June) we have a seasonal farm shop selling our asparagus, lamb and other local produce.
Oak Tree Cottage is completely surrounded by the undulating views of this timeless open landscape and surrounded by miles of off-road country tracks for walking, Cycling, riding and bird watching.
You can walk into Beachamwell village with its play area and there are welcoming pubs nearby.
