"Best vacation I ever had"

After travelling to the Philippines for over 25 years I was looking for somewhere unique, untouched & relaxing. I found Bamboo Garden on the web & and Tom replied to my email immediately. As I flew over the island I could see that Siargao was paradise. Tom & Liz met me at the airport & from then on I was treated like one of the family.
The cottages are simple but you will fall asleep to the sounds of the Pacific Ocean waves crashing on the beach,. The beach by the way is your backyard. Whether you surf (There are waves here & continue right up the coast) or are seeking a quiet beach to yourself, Bamboo Garden at Pacifico (love the name) is the place to be. Quite simply I did not want to leave. Liz is a wonderful cook & if that isn't enough, Tom cooks a traditional English roast every Sunday. By the way I can attest to the fact that Tom's beer is cold, cold cold!
I am an experienced traveller & I cannot speak highly enough of Tom & Liz' hospitality. I returned to Australia totally relaxed. Many people go to the main strip at Cloud 9, I suggest you consider a detour & visit paradise. I can't wait to return.

"Magical spot on the beach"

Tom and his delightful Pilippino Wife Liz, could not do enough to make our stay in this Siargo secret more enjoyable, ther is heaps to do here but we chose to chill out and wind down for 10 days away from all the stresses of urban life in Australia. This is a beautiful location, we took a HDD of movies for entertainment at night on the LCD screen and books to read during the day.
Liz's cooking was sensational and the cost for a week here is a night in a 2 star place in Australia, they also have the coldest San Mig on the Island
