Lovely, clean house with 2 car garage, ample off street parking, private large pool, huge tiled deck overlooking the ocean, Mount Coolum, and beyond, "crow's nest" with 280 degree views, great space for a relaxed, fun family holiday. Luxury this isn't, but you'll be too busy admiring the view, barbecuing on the ample deck, enjoying the pool, and exploring the local area including the Australia Zoo, Glasshouse Mountains, many markets, and of course strolling down the hill to the beach, walking to Mooloolabah and Cotton Tree. This house is ideal for two families with children and a lot of energy. There are queen sized quality air beds making it possible to sleep 8 to 10 people. The house will feature on House Hunters International in the new year for planned renovations. So if you are looking for a practical, affordable family holiday, look no further. This time next year the cost will be close to triple due to completed renovations.
