There is a media zone separated from the main living and entertaining area. The essence of the French Provincial styling is simple and relaxing with great light and airflow, designed to maximise the individual space but allowing comfortable family living areas. The quality kitchen has everything needed for you, and flows out through the main internal entertaining out to a large under-roof deck, spanning the whole width of the property, with hinterland views to the East for those amazing sunsets over a chilled glass of wine.

Head downstairs to two large bedrooms, one queen and one king twin, both opening to the pool terrace and gardens and serviced with a large bathroom with bath and shower. There is also the laundry on this level. There is plenty of off road parking in addition to the large double remote garage and storage to secure those holiday toys.

Sunshine Beach has become an extremely popular tourist destination in its own right. Just a five minute drive away from Noosa, bordering the southern side of the Noosa National Park, Sunshine Beach is a leafy suburb built next to a popular patrolled surf beach and surrounded by native bushland. Sunshine Beach has a special place in all its residents and visitors hearts. The pristine beach attracts good swell and provides excellent beach breaks for surfers. The beach is also patrolled so it is suitable for the whole family.

Sunshine Beach Village offers wonderful and diverse dining options, indulge your taste buds at one of the many fine dining restaurants and funky cafes or, simply opt for fish and chips on the beach or a beer at the nearby surf club which often provides live entertainment as well as fabulous beach views and casual dining. There is great coffee and a range of shops, bakery, mini-supermarket and, of course, bars too, offering that chance to sit, relax, read and watch the local lifestyle evolve. You might even see a celebrity or two enjoying some quiet time with family and friends.

For nature lovers, access into the National Park is a short stroll away. Take the coastal track to Alexandra Bay, Granite & Tea Tree Bays and continue along the boardwalk to Hastings Street. Birds, marine life and koalas can be sighted along the way, not forgetting the great fishing. Swim in the sheltered waters of Noosa Main Beach, and indulge in coffee or lunch by the sea. For the fitness conscious, run or jog the many of Noosa's National Park tracks from the main Parkedge Road entrance.

2 minute drive to Noosa Junction with supermarkets, banks, medical centre, boutique shopping, restaurants and cinema. You can walk to the Noosa Aquatic Centre and Tennis Club.

4 minute drive to Noosa's world renown Hastings Street or the world class Noosa Springs Golf course.

6 min drive to Gympie Terrace & Noosa River with playground, picnic facilities, shops, restaurants, and popular riverside walk.

Less than 20 minutes to the famous Eumundi Markets on Wednesday or Saturday morning.

Tours leave from Hastings Street to Fraser Island, Noosa Everglades, fishing on the river or deep sea, and there is Australia Zoo, home of the Crocodile Hunter.

Try surfing, stand up paddle boarding, water skiing, wake boarding, jet skiing, cycling, hiking, wind surfing, kayaking, horse riding, tennis, bowling. Bring your own gear or hire it.

Take a drive out to the Hinterland towns of Montville and Maleny, visit the ginger factory at Yandina.

On Sundays, head to the Noosa Farmers Market in the early morning for fabulous fresh produce and all sorts of local food and seafood - its where the locals go to shop and hang out.
