About the home
Located within the affluent area of Sunset Ridge on the West Coast of Barbados is La Paz a lovely 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom Spanish style villa. The property, which is enclosed within lush tropical gardens, features a relaxed open plan layout, which is arranged around the inviting swimming pool and wonderful pool deck. Great for entertaining or just enjoying the Caribbean Sun.
Each of the bedrooms as well as the dining, living and reception rooms open onto the pool deck area via glass french doors. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as split system air-conditioning units. The imported Italian tiles, pickled pine ceilings, white walls and brilliant. Coloured furnishings provide a relaxed atmosphere ideal for a holiday in the tropics.Lapaz features 2 master bedroom suites.
La Paz is child, senior and handicap friendly and listed with the Barbados Tourism. The glorious West coast beaches and popular Holetown, which offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars is only a few minutes drive away.

No internet cafe for our guest. La Paz has computer,printer,fax,high=speed and wireless internet. If this is a working vacation, bring along your laptop as a back up.
A DVD library is there for the 50 inch cable TV. You will also find a book library for guest.
2 sets of golf clubs for use,and 2 tennis racquets.
A Barbados cell phone is available for your use by simply purchasing minutes at the local market.

Sun set ridge is upscale neighborhood in St James, Lapaz is two doors up from the us ambassadors residence. Closest town holetown 3 min away.
There is shopping 5 min away, the best restaurants and beach. Five minute to sandy lane and Westmorland golf clubs. West side tennis club also 5 min away. Fantastic underwater worlds, exotic native culture, mountainous terrain, tropical rainforests all within 15 min away

We arrived! Sheila was very helpful and nice. Thank you. Your home is gorgeous and the ideal setting for our family gathering. We are off to a New Year's Day celebration today. We'll spend the day in the water and enjoying nice company and flying fish cutters.
