Each property is self contained with its own entrance gates and gardens, with parking for 2 cars in each. Both houses are beautifully furnished to a very high standard with modern amenities throughout.

72A has two large air conditioned bedrooms (1 super king, 1 twin), two bathrooms, full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living area with ceiling fans. 72A also has its own PRIVATE POOL to the rear of the property set within enclosed tropical gardens with covered seating area, sun loungers and bespoke patio furniture. There is also an outside toilet, utility room and washing machine.

72B has two large air conditioned bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin), one bathroom, full kitchen, dining area and living area with ceiling fans. 72B has its own PRIVATE HOT TUB on the lovely decked area outside, and bespoke patio furniture on the tiled veranda. There is also a utility room and washing machine.

The St James Parish region
