Villa is located just two minutes’ walk from the beach. Villa is fully furnished with air-conditioned bedrooms, kitchen, dining and patio overlooking a garden setting.

-Tennis: Day and night hard court tennis is available, payable locally.

-Watersports: Watersports is available on the beachfront.

-Scuba Diving: Enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling action at the nearby dive shop.

-Activities: Island tours and excursions, deep-sea fishing and horseback riding can all be easily arranged.

-Shopping and Location: Within the Sunset Crest complex are two shopping centres which include a supermarket, restaurant, banks, pharmacy, boutiques, and a small department store offering duty-free shopping. For additional convenience there is a Mini-Mart that is open 8am to 10pm daily. Other restaurants and shops abound in the immediate environs.

-Swimming Pool: The Sunset Crest Beach Club/Baku Beach Club is located within five minutes walk of our accommodation and offers a beachside freshwater swimming pool and beach access.

-Dining & Entertainment: Within a few minutes walk of the Complex, you will find many local bars, and dining options from fast food to 4 star restaurants.

Sunset Crest Villa is a privately-owned, spacious villa which has recently undergone complete luxury-level refurbishment. It features a large kitchen with granite countertops and island and brand new American appliances and furniture. The property also features 3 luxury bedrooms. The master bedroom features an American king size bed and is en-suite. Bedroom number 2 features a double and single bed and is en-suite. Bedroom number 3 features large bunk-beds and a roll away bed. The third bathroom features full facilities and is accessible from all main areas. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are also ceiling fans in all rooms. Sunset Crest Villa is let complete with all equipment and utilities including a 42" flat screen TV.

Villa is a member of SunsetCrest/Baku Beach club. Members have access to the pool and dining facilities provided by the Club. Members also receive 10% discount on in house dining at the club.
SunsetCrest/Baku club is within 10 minutes walking distance from the villa. Card will be provided by villa manager, if you choose to use the facilities.

The St James Parish region

The parish of St. James is on the West Coast. This parish is known for its calm waters and safe beaches. St. James Parish has many posh hotels such as the the Sandy Lane hotel, West Mooreland, and Port St. Charles. Overall Barbados is known for it's safety, its progressiveness and its friendliness, no more is this so in the St.James Parish.
There are many fine restaurants, such as the Cliff, The Blue Monkey,and Second Street offers many dining and evening entertainment choices.There are many plazas for duty free shopping, supermarkets for everyday items, life is good on this coast especially in the Sunset Crest area of the St.James Parish where almost everything possible is in walking distance.
Initially St.James was known as the playground for the rich and famous, now people just call it the" Platinum Coast", it is beautiful and relaxing in this parish of Barbados.
