It features a large kitchen with granite countertops and island and brand new American appliances and furniture. The property also features 3 luxury bedrooms. The master bedroom features an American king size bed and is en-suite. Bedroom number 2 features a double and single bed and is en-suite. Bedroom number 3 features large bunk-beds and a roll away bed. The third bathroom features full facilities and is accessible from all main areas. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are also ceiling fans in all rooms. Sunset Crest Villa is let complete with all equipment and utilities including a 42" flat screen TV.
Further details outdoors: Villa is a member of SunsetCrest/Baku Beach club. Members have access to the pool and dining facilities provided by the Club. Members also receive 10% discount on in house dining at the club. SunsetCrest/Baku club is within 10 minutes walking distance from the villa. Card will be provided by villa manager, if you choose to use the facilities.
