Nessebar View is a family oriented,secure complex nestling below the Stars Mountains overlooking the beautiful resort of Sunny Beach & world heritage site of Old Nessebar.This fully furnished self catering apartment is tiles throughout and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 2 single beds & double sofa bed in the living room.An adjoining apartment is also available for rent to facilitate bigger groups.
The apartment has uninterrupted stunning views overlooking Sunny Beach with easy access to the pool which has a child's pool.

The Black Sea Coast region

Sunny Beach is a gem in the Bulgarian Black Sea with more than 270 Sunny days per year, it is a perfect holiday destination. There are miles of shops to suit all and beautiful clean sandy beaches running alongside the beach bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes.The world heritage town of old Nessebar is only a short taxi/bus ride away. Prices are low to shop and eat. Sunny Beach Aqua Park, Go Kart circuit are close at hand with many more activities to suit all. There is only a 30 minute transfer from Bourgas Airport and 1hour from Varna.

St Vlass has a fabulous new marina with top class restaurants for that special occasions but for very little money.Khans Tent is an exciting night of circus entertainment along with great food, a night not to be missed. How to get there

Bourgas is the closest airport with many airline companies flying to here on a regular route,Falcon,Thomas Cook and Bulgaria Air is some of these that offer flight only at a reasonable cost.

The open plan kitchen/dining area includes an oven,grill, hob, fridge, dining table & chairs leading into the living area with 3+2 seater sofas, TV,DVD/CD. The fully tiled bathroom contains spacious shower,WC & basin. The ground floor has table & Chairs overlooking the pool with easy access to and from with sun loungers available,with views overlooking Sunny Beach.
The complex offers bar,restaurant, shop,internet room,reception with safe deposit boxes payable locally, gardens and 24hr security, with regular shuttle buses to Sunny Beach where shops and excellent restaurants are in abundant ,supermarket and Old Nessebar. All ensuring a relaxing and carefree holiday.

Conditions

Holiday rates include all utilities,air conditioning and heating.£50 per week deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival.Transport can be arranged to/from the Airport and is paid locally .A separate deposit cheque for £50 is required to be sent with the final payment and will be refunded after inspection of the apartment by local agent. Washing of towels/bed linen during your stay is additional and is payable locally to the management company although a new laundry room should be available for guests in 2010.
