Located on the Black Sea coast at the southern end of Sunny Beach, close to the historic village of Nessebar, the Royal Dreams is a purpose-built penthouse holiday apartment complex. It boasts enviable positions just a very short walk from the resorts 8 km stretch of clean white sandy beach, sand-dune nature reserve, clear tide-less sea and close to many wonderful varied bars and restaurants. All with breathtaking panoramic sea views and mountain ranges or magnificent pool views. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular and the air is clear. In addition, there are two communal pools one specifically for very young children and sunbathing around the pools adjacent is the bar restaurant. Royal Dreams is only 300 meters from the beautiful, naturally preserved beach. The beach is accessed though the preserved sand dunes to a gently sloping beach to the warm, tide-less sea. The sea is very shallow, calm and not salty - perfect for young children.

The Black Sea Coast region
Sunny Beach is the largest resort on the Black Sea coast known as the (Pearl of the Black Sea Coast) and has been an attractive holiday destination for over 30 years. Foreign investment has flooded into the area recently.
The most prominent feature of the resort are the miles of clean, sandy beaches that stretch from the ancient town of Nessebar to the exclusive village of St. Vlas. There is an abundance of water sports available on the beach and there are regular ferry trips across the bay to the delightful 4000 year old town of Nessebar.
Sunny Beach is situated 40 km to the North of Bourgas and 95 km to the South of Varna. It is only 5 minutes walking to Nessebar - the old historical town, which is under the UNESCO protection.
Sunny Beach is the biggest and most rapidly developing tourism resort on the Black Sea coast. It lies in a semi-circular bay and is famous with its clean 8 km long beach line covered with golden sand and natural dunes. The beach has been awarded the "Blue Flag Award" and slopes gently into shallow water and is an ideal playground for children and adults alike.
The climate is mild and the resort boasts 1700 hours of sunshine from May to October, with an average daily temperature in summer of 27-29 degrees Centigrade around July and August. The sea is calm, there are no tides, sea temperature is about 25-26 degrees Centigrade and crystal clear throughout the summer.
In Sunny Beach and surrounding areas there are many beautiful parks where you can enjoy your holiday time at leisure inside the resort and the dunes are covered with rare floral species.
There are boat trips or take a ride in a horse and carriage.
20 km north of Bourgas is the rocky peninsula and old town of Nessebar. Close by is the new town of Nessebar and its two beaches. Only 3 km from Bulgaria's biggest and most beautiful beaches of the Sunny Beach resort.
Nessebar has existed for more than 9,000 years and is located on a small peninsula in the Black Sea which is linked with the land only by a long and narrow strip of road. It emerged as a fortified Thracian settlement, afterwards, the Greeks and Romans colonised the town.
Nessebar is best known for the old town. The best known buildings date from the 11th to 14th centuries and almost all of them churches in the so called "picturesque" style, built in stone, brick with ceramic ornaments and arches along the cornices.
Today, the old part of the town has regained its original romantic atmosphere with narrow cobblestone lanes, tiny squares, two-story period houses with stone-built ground levels and wooden upper floors jutting above the streets with external staircases. There are gift shops, pubs, taverns, restaurants and lovely flower gardens.
Some of the churches have stunningly beautiful façades and interiors and are among the best preserved ones on the Balkan Peninsula. The oldest one is the Sveti Ioan Krastitel (St. John the Baptist, 10th -11th century).
The old Nessebar town consists of mainly private houses and very few family hotels and has been tastefully preserved in its original state.
Everything is available here. There are ancient buildings and historical monuments as well as quiet restaurants and fashionable cafes perched on the cliffs and in the fishing bays, with discos in the new town.
Internet cafes are widely available both in the new and old town of Nessebar.

In contrast, the night in Sunny Beach is lively so save some energy after sundown and have some fun in the discos, pubs, night-clubs, casino or maybe visit a variety show or the enjoy clubbing on the beach at the new elite Cocoa Beach night club.
Sunny Beach is also home to another attraction, the largest Aqua Park in Bulgaria and is located in the western part of Sunny Beach. The park offers water attractions for all tastes and ages and benefits from thirteen water attractions, several cocktail bars and restaurants. There are three special children's areas - the toddler’s pool, the children's pool and the water castle.
Sunny Beach boasts warm summers, miles and miles of glorious white sandy beaches, forested mountains and sun-drenched vineyards. Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast has attracted visitors from Eastern Europe, Greece and Turkey for decades. Ancient towns and rustic villages, monasteries and ruins, mountains, forests and many other attractions are all within easy reach of the coast.

The complex has beautiful pools surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. The pools are in full sunshine from morning until early evening. There are also separate children's pools and play areas, which are well positioned, within the complex grounds.
The complexes extensively stocked supermarket next door is open throughout the season all your living essentials including food, water, soft and alcoholic drinks, confectionery, toys and inflatables as do the surrounding shops out side the complexes.
Mobility Access: There are wheelchair ramps to the ground floors and lifts to all our apartments. All on-site facilities are at ground floor level and accessible. Regular mini-trains run between Nessebar and Sunny Beach Central. Stops are ideally situated and run frequently. There are also an abundance of buses and local taxis.
Father Ted’s Bar and Restaurant in the Royal Dreams and the bar and restaurant in Blue Marine offers a wide range of food including breakfasts, snacks, meals and deserts, all at very reasonable prices. Both offer an extensive menu of cocktails (some bizarre!!) plus all the usual drinks at the bars. Enjoy your drinks and meals in the comfortable indoor or outdoor seating areas or keep cool by the pool bars.
Royal Dreams and Blue Marine are very private with attractive gardens and 24 hour security. There are reception areas where you can find resort information or just relax on the comfortable leather sofas.

18th June 08 Can't say enough about the honest, helpfulness of Phil and Fliss and the English locals who manage the property, everything was "no problem" and went out of their way to help us with any request. The penthouse apartment is lovely, new and clean and the balcony is a little suntrap and lovely to relax on at night taking in the panoramic view over the sea and mountains, a piece of Magic. The other holidaymakers around the pool are friendly as are the locals and the kids loved playing in the pools. A walk around is a must. The food was so cheap, inexpensive and good quality. September 08 Very impressed about the quality of the apartment and it's location. Everything was as described by Phil and Fliss and were very friendly and helpful as were the English locals who manage their property we met told us were best to eat and what to do. The transfers were so easy, 20 mins from the airport and plenty to do on arrival. Views fantastic. Will definitely recommend this place and will surely come back.
