A large, modern and very well equipped 1 bedroom apartment situated on the 3rd floor with full lobby lift access. The accommodation sleeps up to 4 (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 large double sofa bed in lounge) at the newly completed Amadeus 1 complex. Location is fantastic offering total relaxation when you spend the day around the shared pool area or if you fancy a day at the beach it is only a 5 min walk. Two swimming pools, 1 for adults and 1 for children with parasols and recliners. Fully furnished apartment with air conditioning and hosting 2 balconies.

VARNA
61km from Sunny Beach, Varna is Bulgaria’s third largest city. The town has a wide diversity of museums to visit while the surrounding areas contain many resorts and areas of natural interest. The treasures of the Archaeological Museum include the Chalcolithic necropolis with the oldest examples of gold jewellery ever discovered. Of particular interest are the City Historical Museum, Art Gallery, Navy Museum, Aquarium, Zoo and the Dolphinarium sea gardens.
Golden Sands, Nessebur and Varna all easily accessible by bus or taxi service.
How to get there
Our apartment is approximately 15-20 minutes away from Bourgas (BOJ) airport. Taxi's are easy to find and are very cost effective compared to coach transfer.
Regular transfer services will pick you up for an agreed fixed price. This can also be arranged by us when booking.
Alternatively, Varna (VAR) airport is just over an hour away and transport links are very good.
Foreign citizens enter Bulgaria with their international passport, which should be valid for at least three months.

We are a residents only accommodation - no none residents are permitted in the apartment (no overnight guests), only people booked in prior are permitted to stay.
All breakages / damages must be paid for, all charges will be to the lead name; rooms to be checked on departure.
A group security deposit of £10.00 per person, which will be returned on satisfactory room inspection usually reimbursed before you land back in the UK. (Within 7 days)
Strictly no smoking is allowed in the apartment only on the balcony. Strictly no pets allowed.
Your room key also operates the front door, so you can come & go as you please, any lost keys will be charged for at £10.00 per key.
Please respect the premises - staff - other guests and our neighbours, this is also their holiday home; please treat it as you would like us to treat your home.
You are responsible for your own belongings; anything left on the premises is done so at your own risk.
The person placing the reservation will be responsible for the behaviour of all of his / her group at all times.
The individual lead name is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group know about and adhere to the terms & conditions.
The individual lead name accepts full responsibility for paying ALL of their groups booking and indemnifies "The Amadeus Apartment" against any losses that may occur. All persons booked for will have to be paid for, and no reduction will be given for early departure.
You must pay a deposit at the time you make your booking (all deposits are none refundable). If you do not, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge the full amount to the lead name. If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must telephone as soon as possible. Time frame is as follows for refunds: 56+days - Full Booking Deposit/Payment 29-56 days - 50% of total cost 15-28 days - 25% of total cost 1-14 days - 10 % of total cost 0 - Nothing Refunded We strongly recommend you purchase insurance in case of cancellation, however we cannot provide advice on insurance issues should you need to claim.

We employ an on-site friendly and dedicated cleaning team that are always at hand. They provide a general thorough clean throughout the apartment and washing of all bedding and linen prior to your stay.
