The apartment benefits from a private pool which is shared by only four apartments, whose residents are often abroad often leaving you to the luxury of your own pool.

The first floor balcony provides stunning views of the local area whilst the terrace equipped with a table/chairs and barbecue are perfect for dining al fresco. With two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and two extra single beds in the loft if needed, the apartment is ideal for families and couples.

The Black Sea Coast region

The eastern Bulgarian coast is washed by the Black Sea with a 380 km stretch of marvelous beaches with clear water and healthy air, fine golden sand and natural dunes. The waters of the Black Sea are calm and without strong tides, making them ideal for children.

Average air temperature in the summer is about 28°C and a water temperature of 25°C. There are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August. The two international airports of Varna and Bourgass connects the Bulgarian Riviera to the world.

Sunny Beach / Kosharitsa area

Situated in the Southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera, Sunny Beach is the bearer of the prestigious BLUE FLAG prize. Nestled in front of the Balkan Range it blends both mountain and sea in perfect harmony making it an enjoyable experience for all ages.

With over 8km of fine golden sand and natural dunes, Sunny Beech yachting club provides fantastic water sports for all the family such as wind surfing, water skiing and para-sailing. If you are a keen tennis player, both beginners and advanced players will find well maintained and equipped tennis courts. With more than 150 bars and restaurants there is a choice of cuisine to meet everyone’s taste. Many of the resorts bars and restaurants are situated along the walkway from the beach.

For those wanting to experience more traditional Bulgaria, the historic town of Nesebar is only a short drive or bus trip from Sunny Beach. Occupied in 72AD by a Roman Garrison, the town is one of the oldest in Europe and has been proclaimed an archaeological reserve. Today the old part of the town is an attractive place for romantic walks along the narrow cobbled streets, among the little shops offering hand crafted souvenirs. Nesebar also offers many unique, folk style restaurants offering traditional Bulgarian food and drinks.

• Fly to Burgas Airport - 33 km or Varna - 90km
• Cheap flights available from Thomas Cook or Thomson Fly

• Local car hire from 20 lvs per day (approx. £13 per day) through Ivan @ Car Rental (tel: 003598886661/ email: careast@abv.bg). International car hire companies are up to 50% more but generally provide newer cars.

• Local bus service runs between apartment and Sunny Beech
