Villa Rosa is part of the Almond Hill development which is 3km from Sunny Beach and 2km from the village of Kosharitsa. It’s south facing hillside position commands panoramic views down towards Sunny Beach and Nessebar, and of an evening provides stunning sunsets. Sleeping a maximum of 6 people, a spacious 143sq mtrs of living space makes it ideal for both couples or families and boasts the following facilities: Downstairs a fully furnished lounge area includes TV and new for 2008 - satellite system, DVD and CD player, dining room to seat 6, a well equipped kitchen, utility area, storeroom and toilet. A lower terrace/barbecue area is accessed via 2 doorways and furnished with table, chairs and barbeque. As well as benefitting from hot and cold air conditioning, a log fire is situated in the living room which is ideal for winter visits.
Upstairs the Villa offers a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (including both bath and shower) and a second twin bedded room with en-suite wet room. Both bedrooms share access to a balcony that’s perfect for relaxing on with a glass of wine and enjoying the views down to Sunny Beach and Nessebar A storeroom is situated next to another small balcony that faces out to the rear of the property.Two Z beds are also available and can be situated either upstairs or downstairs.
The Almond Hill development has 41 properties spaced throughout it’s landscaped gardens which share a large communal swimming pool. The site also has 24 hour on-site security and is car free with secure car parking to the rear. The Black Sea Coast region
The Sunny Beach area boasts 8kms of golden sand and is one of the few places along the Black Sea coast where you can still see authentic, well-formed sand dunes that preserve unique and unspoiled nature only found on this coast. The combination forests sandy beaches and sea provide a stunning backdrop to your Sunny Beach holiday. From May through to September there are approximately 1700 hours of sunshine during which the average daily temperature is 27°C.
Amenities in the area cover modern entertainment through to traditional folk spots, and include many restaurants, night clubs, bars with floor shows, discos, casinos and cafes that cater for everyone young or old - whatever your taste. The area is also a shoppers delight with several large centres and lots of market stalls set up of an evening.
It also offers every conceivable opportunity for sporting activity including: surfing, water-skiing, sailing, banana boats, paddle boats, cutters, rowing boats; and on dry land, tennis courts, beach volleyball, playgrounds, mini-golf, skittle alley, 10 pin bowling, horse riding, fitness centres, sports tournaments, go-karting, scooters, parachuting and hang-gliding. And if that isn’t enough to keep you busy, there are also two Aqua Parks - the first is just 5 minutes drive from the villa, the second recently opened at Ravda, is approximately 15 minutes drive away.
Just along from Sunny Beach you can discover the stunning cobbled town of Nessebar - which at over 2500 years old is one of the oldest towns in Europe. There you will find a unique and tranquil atmosphere that envelops the fantastic harbour fish restaurants, cafe’s and galleries. The town also features the remains of over 40 churches and Thracian ruins. Nessebar can be easily reached by bus, boat or mini train from Sunny Beach.
Day trips can also be made from Sunny Beach to Sozopol, Pomorie, Varna and even Turkey.
There is a local bus which stops outside Almond Hill and takes you down to Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Kosharitsa and costs just 30p a journey. There is also a shuttle minibus service to Sunny Beach and Old Nessebar. Local taxis are also available.

Sunny Beach / Kosharitsa area
10 minutes walk from the villa is Hunters Lodge - a beautiful traditional Bulgarian restaurant. Here you can enjoy a 3 course meal with wine for around £5. Several evenings a week you can enjoy free traditional dancing, music and the famous "walking on hot coals" ceremony.
Two kms further up the hillside is the actual village of Kosharitsa. Besides its new found fame as a holiday destination, Kosharitsa is famous in Bulgaria for its stories of buried treasure, indeed, the mayor (himself a dedicated treasure seeker) tells the recent story of a pot full of gold coins being discovered by a local man! The village has several shops and a bar/tavern and restaurant which is truly excellent.
How to get there
There are charter flights direct to Bourgas and Varna between May and October from over 20 UK airports. British Airways and Bulgaria Air fly all year round. Wizz air fly from Luton - Bourgas also every Sunday throughout the winter.We can arrange transfers for you from the nearby Bourgas airport (transfer time-30 minutes) and from Varna airport (transfer time-90 minutes). Whilst a car is not necessary, if you choose car hire it can be arranged through www.travelarchitect.com (extras). This site can also be used for UK airport parking, airport hotels, insurance and currency.

1.Deposit is 30% of holiday cost 2.Balance payment MUST be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. (unless booking within this period when full payment is required)
3.Security deposit - £150.Within 14 days of return of your holiday this amount will be refunded back to you providing our agent checks the villa's inventory and finds that there are no breakages or damage to the property.
4.Occupancy - the maximum occupany is 6 persons (+1 baby under the age of 2 if using the cot).
5.Changes to facilities - we cannot be held responsible for changes to the described facilities due to circumstances beyond our control. Also we cannot be held liable for the unforseen breakdown or failure of any household appliance, equipment or system during your stay.
6.Cancellation- All booking cancellations MUST be confirmed in writing to us.
