The Villa:
This brand new luxury detached villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs a double en suite and a twin/double en suite both have fabulous balconies from which to enjoy the views. Downstairs is another twin/double room adjacent to the downstairs shower room. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with a washing machine. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area which means that the villa can comfortably sleep 6-8 people. The living dining area looks out over the patio to the large private pool and garden where there is a brick built barbecue and an outside eating area. Sitting here the views towards the Black Sea are breathtaking.
Surrounding Area:
This lovely detached villa is situated only 20 minutes away from Bourgas airport and is set in a perfect location for easy access to many areas of interest. The lively Sunny Beach with its vibrant night life and plethora of shops, bars and restaurants is a short 10 minute drive away from the villa. Nessebar is a World Heritage site. This ancient town was founded in the 2nd millennium B.C. and is today a place of great interest and beauty less than 10 minutes drive away. The pretty village of Sveti Vlas is a little further afield but well worth the 25 minute drive.

Sunny Beach / Kableshkovo area
The villa is situated between Aheloy [less than 1km] and Kableshkovo [5 km]. Kableshkovo is only 15 kilometres from both the towns of Nessebar and Pomorie. Set inland it is a small town with a modern sports complex and lovely scenery nearby. You can also travel to Sunny Beach which has plenty to offer from water sports and relaxation on the beach to the many restaurants and cafes in the town itself.
How to get there
Fly to Bourgas airport with Wizzair, Thomson etc and on landing take the E87 road North towards Varna. Continue on this road past Pomorie towards Aheloy. Turn left towards Kableshkovo before entering Aheloy village. Continue on this road for 1 Km. The Vineyards complex is visible on the left.

If you have a car, there is private parking space and the outside areas of the house have external lighting.
