Sunny Bay Estates were completed in 2006 its in a great location for your summer holiday, You have a great out door pool all the sunbeds are provide for your stay. Walk out of your apartment and you are right on the beach.
Everything you need is in walking distance, close to all the main attractions including Aqua Parks,bars and restaurants, casino's, and clubs. The complex has site restaurant and bar which comes highly recommended. You could have your breakfast on the beach every morning if you wish.....Now wouldn't that be great.
The staff are great and are happy to help you with anything you may require.

This Apartment is open plan. Large entrance hallway with entry intercom. Kitchen diner with fitted cooker / oven and grill. Lounge / dining area with dining table and chairs.
Double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside cabinets, with sea and pool views.
Bathroom is fully tiled with shower, toilet and wash basin.

Large Out door pool with jacuzzi.
On site restaurant and bar available. This is a great place to have you lunch at the pool side or at the beach whilst on the patio area at the front of the restaurant. It is an ideal place to have your meal in peace, and watch the children having fun at the same time. There is 24hrs security on site 7 days a week, and at your call should they be required. Car park is available if required at no extra cost. However there is really no need to hirer a car as this apartment is ideally situated near all amenities.
This is a non smoking apartment. Anyone who wishes to smoke can do so in the bar area. All damages and breakages must be replaced or paid for prior to leaving.
If you require taxi or car hire just go to the reception and they will be happy to help you.
If you require transfers from the airport we can arrange this for you.
You must take your own towels to the beach and pool areas.
The Black Sea Coast region
The Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera covers the entire eastern bound of Bulgaria stretching from the Romanian Black Sea Riviera in the north to European Turkey in the south, along 378 km of coastline. White and golden sandy beaches occupy approximately 130 km of the 378 km long coast. The region is an important centre of tourism during the summer season (May-October), drawing millions of foreign and local tourists alike and constituting one of the country's most popular tourist destinations. Prior to 1989 the Bulgarian Black Sea coast was internationally known as the Red Riviera. Since the fall of the Iron Curtain, however, it's nickname has been changed to the Bulgarian Riviera.
The area's average air temperature in the summer is about 28°C, with the average water temperature at 26°C. There are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September and more than 300 hours in July and August.
The Balkan Mountains cross the country reaching to the edge of the Black Sea at Cape Emine, dividing the coastline into a southern and northern part. Parts of Bulgaria's northern Black Sea Coast feature rocky headlands where the sea abuts cliffs up to 70 metres in height. The southern coast is known for its wide sandy beaches.
The two largest cities and main seaports on the Bulgarian Riviera are Varna (third largest in the country) and Burgas (fourth largest in the country). Varna is located on the northern part of the coast and Burgas is located on the southern coast. The two cities' international airports, Varna Airport and Burgas Airport, are the main hubs servicing the region. In addition, the A1 and A2 motorways, currently in construction, would make the trip from the capital Sofia to the coast substantially easier and faster, while the A3 is planned to connect Varna and Burgas.
Sunny Beach is the biggest resort, with the longest and widest beach strip, with hotels spread along the beach and among the dunes, the sunniest resort for the sunniest people.
This holiday address, destined by nature, lies only 35 km away north of the city of Bourgas, featuring wide and warm sea with gently sloping sand bottom and approx. 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to October, plenty of ozone and ultraviolet rays, along with the fresh breeze.
This fine beach resort was awarded the prestigious Blue Flag International prize for proven ecological advantages. Sunny Beach has over 130 catering establishments: restaurants, taverns with folklore shows, bars with floor shows, night clubs, casino, discos and cafes, providing culinary pleasures and a good mood.
Every conceivable opportunity for sports: surfing, water skis and parachutes, hang-gliding and banana, sailing, yachts, paddle boats, cutters, scooters.
Varied cultural programme - Golden Orpheus International Festival of Bulgarian Pop Songs, folklore and symphony concerts, exhibitions, Miss Sunny Beach contest, etc.

"Fantastic apartment and location"
