The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the balcony overlooks the pool . There are two large bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite. The other has 3 single beds. There is a washing machine & fridge/freezer in the kitchen with dining table & six chairs. The living room has settee -armchair, TV, DVD and CD/radio.
The complex is ideally located in between Central Sunny Beach & old Nessabar so you have the best of both worlds. You will be guaranteed a good night's sleep in this area of the resort. The apartments are all privately owned and are not used by any package holiday companies. There is a huge supermarket across the road from the complex where you can get everything you need for a self catering holiday, Or if you want to have any dental work done there is a fantastic dentist just 2 minutes walk away from the complex that I can highly recommend. There is about seven 5* hotels within the cul de sac .Where you can enjoy their bar & restaurant facilites if you desire . There is also three separate restaurants as well within the vicinity . Access to the beach is located at the end of the cul de sac . There is also bar & restaurant & toilet facilities on this area of the beach as well. Sunbed & parasol hire along with many water sports are available in this area of the beach.

The Black Sea Coast region
The apartment is located between two of Bulgaria's hottest tourist attractions: the World Heritage site of old Nessabar and the popular tourist resort of Sunny Beach on the Black Sea coast.
Sunny Beach offers a vibrant nightlife, beaches, water parks, restaurants, bars, casinos and clubs. Meanwhile, the nearby World Heritage site of Nessabar offers a taste of traditional Bulgarian culture and is known as the "pearl of the south coast of the Black Sea". Nessabar is one of the most ancient towns in Europe. The town, founded 3000 years ago by the Thracians by the name of Messemvria, is situated at a little rocky peninsula. When the castle was captured by Krum (an ancient Bulgarian king) in 812 A.C. the town was annexed to the Bulgarian territories and became known as Nessabar. This is a magical place to spend an evening strolling through the cobbled streets browsing throught all the local shops. Or sitting having a meal or drinks with friends & family in one of the many restaurants and bars in Nessabar
Sunny Beach / Sunny Beach Main Resort area
At the bottom of the street you can get the noddy train that will take you to central Sunny Beach or Old Nessabar in about 10 mins for .0.50p each way. Alternatively, the bus stop is beside the complex and will cost about 0.30p to either area each way. John Smith pub is at the bottom of the cul de sac and sells Guinness, Bulmers, Stella etc . They also do a great Sunday lunch as well as weekday lunches. Pool Table and sky sports available for anyone who wants it .
How to get there
Fly to Bourgas Airport from all major UK & Irish airports. One airline that flies to Bourgas all year round is Wizz Air; others you might like to try are Bulgaria Air, Thomson, Thomas Cook, Monarch, Aer Lingus , and Balken Air.
The apartment is 20 minutes by car or taxi from Bourgas Airport. Car hire is available from Bourgas aiprort by carhire 3000.ie & autoeurope.ie 7 carjet.com among others . We can also recommend transfers by local friends who own an 8 seater transit bus

Further details indoors: The apartment 102 sq meters in size . So there is plenty of room for everyone . There is two balconys one overlooks the front of the complex via both bedrooms . So you can leave patio doors open at night if required to let in cool air . The other balcony is off the kitchen / Sittingroom and overlooks the swimming pool . There is tables & chairs on both balconys .

We have local Bulgarian friends who can pick you up from the airport and they speak perfect English. One of them lives in the complex all year round, is very helpful and will drive you anywhere you want to go for a small fee.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access. 25% of rental fee due on booking . Remainder to be paid 6 week prior to departure . Any breakages to be paid for in full to key holder prior leaving apartment .
