About the home

The apartment is located in Nessebar Fort Club which is a newly built complex offering excellent amenities for families, couples, friends or anyone wanting a good value holiday in the popular Sunny Beach area.

It is just a short walk (approx. 10 mins) from the sandy beaches of Sunny Beach and next door to the popular Aquapark (www.aquapark.bg), one of the key attractions of the area; it is also close to the historic town of Nessebar, a UNESCO World Heritage site and not far from the Kalinata Nature Reserve.

An regular and frequent bus service operates to Nessebar, St Vlas and Elenite - buses fares are very reasonable e.g. 1 Lev from Sunny Beach to Nessebar

The Black Sea Coast region

The Black Sea coast of Bulgaria is increasingly popular as a European holiday destination. With an average 8 hours sunshine a day and temperature of 27°C during the main holiday season of April to October, it is an ideal holiday location for all ages.

The area is well known for its many blue flag sandy beaches and also the the mountains which provide a beautiful backdrop to the area.

Sunny Beach is the largest Black Sea resort and has an 8km long, blue flag sandy beach. It is an area ideal for families as there are many local attractions, entertainment and sporting facilities close by. In addition there is also the World Heritage site at Nessebar, where you will find quaint cobbled streets in the old town.

Local attractions include an aquapark, many water sports including water ski-ing, horse riding and golf.

There is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and nightclubs around the Sunny Beach area to choose from.

During late May to early October, flights operate from most UK airports to Bourgas or Varna with scheduled, charter and budget airlines. Airlines include: Thomas Cook Airlines, Wizz Air, Bulgaria Air, First Choice Airways, ThomsonFly, Flytorair

Flights to Bourgas are also available from Ireland with Iberworld airlines, Airvia, Monarch and Aviajet

Out of season, Wizz Air operates to Bourgas all year round.

The transfer time from Bourgas airport is approximately 25 minutes and from Varna airport approx 1 hour 30 minutes. Two-way transfers can be arranged for 50 Euros return from Bourgas or 145 Euros return from Varna

An optional welcome pack can be ordered for €30 containing: Bread, Butter or Margarine, Jam or Marmalade, Eggs, Ham, Cheese, Mineral water, Milk, Orange juice, 1 bottle wine, 6 pack of beer, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Toilet paper, Washing liquid, Hand soap

25% of rental fee is payable immediately to secure the booking. This is non-refundable.

The balance of the amount is due 8 weeks before your stay commences.

A refundable breakage deposit of £100 will be due with the final balance. This will be refunded after your departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.

Individual insurance is the responsibility of the rental client; we cannot be held responsible for any loss/theft/personal injury arising during your stay either within our rental property/pools/grounds or while in the resort. We strongly recomment you have adequate travel insurance for all members of your party.

The apartment will be cleaned before your arrive and on your departure. If you require additional cleaning, please contact us for prices.

Unless prior agreement exists, access to the apartment will be from 4pm on the day of arrival (to allow time for cleaning after the previous guests) and on the day of departure guests must vacate no later than 10am (to allow the cleaners to prepare the apartment for the arrival of the next guests).

Airport transfers can be arranged in advance if you require and will be payable locally. Typical prices (2010) are around €62 for return transfers from Bourgas for up to 4 people or €154 for return transfer from Varna for up to 4 people. Transfer costs are payable locally direct to the driver on arrival.

The preferred payment method is cheque or bank transfer in GB Pounds. Payments can be made using Paypal if you prefer to pay by credit card or live outside of the UK, but these will attract a payment fee of 3.5%
