About the home
We offer Luxury in our very spacious apartments in complex prima 1. Hot tub on the very large sunny all day balcony.The apartment can sleep up to 8 people using 1 of the 2 pull out double beds, but we think 6 adults and 2 small kids would be ideal.
The pools are not included in our price but there is a pool around our complex with a small charge to use there pool and chairs of 10lvs = around £4 per day that was the charge in 2010.So if this is ok with you can offer one of the largest apartments with a extra large balcony in sunny beach.Clean and comfy that can be split into two apartments if required for that little bit extra peace and quiet.Located on the first floor. Furnished to maximise your relaxation and enjoyment ,quiet and peaceful yet only 6 min walk to the very large safe clean beach ,restaurants and the fantastic night life .We have a estate car to take you shopping at the super markets to fill up the the fridges.Dont be fooled with some adverts that are saying sunny beach when they are up to 7 miles outside the resort.
As we said we dont include the pools or chairs in the price of our bookings. And as we said that others complexes are charging up to £650.00 per week for what we are offering for to you this season 2011 when we charge £500.00 per week.Plus we offer a free of charge a lift to the super markets and back when you arrive.Also we can arrange airport pickups with an English spoken person from the uk in a comfy people carrier that sits 6 people .Beach is 6min walk City centre is15 min walk or bus it for 2lvs at the top of the road in 2 mins.

These flats are self contained with a separate locked door at the end of the 14m hallway that gives double security and lots of storage space for suitcases prams ect.

This apartment has one of the largest balcony's in sunny beach, which is sunny all day. There is a hot tub ,table that sits eight, two sun loungers, swing lounger,BBQ ect, and still have plenty room to move about, this balcony will make your holiday complete.

We have to start charging for electric and water service bills, they will be added at the the end of your stay.
We have to do it this way as past guests were leaving everything on the apartments day and night leading to very heavy bills.
It should not be more than £20 pound per week.
Conditions
We require £150.00 deposit on booking the holiday what is non refundable, nearer the start of your holiday time, and the remainder at start of holiday with cash when you see the the apartment on your arrival.
We will have to start charging for the electricity and water from 2011 as some past rentals have left the air conditioning, lights, hot tub and tv on all day and night and left us with high bills, it will be around £20.00 per week extra.

The Black Sea Coast region
“Pontus euxinos” (hospitable sea). That’s how the ancient Greeks called the Black Sea - a sea that is indeed tempting and hospitable - clean and calm, without any tides or dangerous animals. The sandy sea bottom slopes are gently, making bathing and swimming safe for even the youngest vacationists. The Black Sea is half as saline as the Mediterranean.
This blue flag beach is one of the bigest and safest beaches you will find. Next to sunny beach there is nessebar which is one place you will have two see in your lifetime it is only 1km away.
The Sunny Beach / Sunny Beach Main Resort area
Sunny beach has every thing you require for a family holiday: pubs,clubs and cheap restaurants. The beach has all the water sports that summer holiday needs. There are water parks in and near sunny beach.Dont be fooled with some adverts saying sunny beach when thay some are 7 miles outside the resort.
The resort is perched at 36 km north of Bourgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast. It numbers over 100 hotels, erected in long and widde lanes, surrounded by green and shady parks. It is naturally set in a small bay, protected by the slopes of the Balkan Mountain to the north. Its six-kilometres-long beaches reach as far as Nessebar to the south.
The Mediterranean climate of the resort, a wide semi-circular bay facing east an over 8 km long beach strip, 30-60 m wide, fine golden sand, natural dunes a clean and gently sloping sea no dangerous fish, 1700 hours of sunshine from May trough September and average daily temperature in summer 27C makes it preferable for family tourism. It offers the whole spectre of services as well as plenty of entertainments for the children.

Fly with wizz air .bulkan holidays, thomson holidays or thomas cook .we can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport with 5 seater mini van for 50 lvs per car no tips thats around £23 with medium luggage we can arrange this from your home so you dont have any worries and waiting at the airport.
if you book with us we recommend you use this service as you will get charged more .at the airport around 50lvs plus they are looking for a tip for a taxi that just sits three persons with small luggage.
