About the home

Luxury 2 bed apartment located in a quiet development only 250m from the beach. It's a short walk from all amenities - centre, aqua park, discos, restaurants, night bars.
There is 24 hours supermarket 1 min walk , The Aqua Park is around 4 min walk and the main promenade where hotel Kuban is - around 6-7 mins walk.
Our apartment is on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool . There is everything you can think of in the apartment , fully equipped kitchen incl washing machine .
This is a 4 star complex , with kids play area , restaurant/bar , free use of the sun loungers. 100m is the nearest supermarket where you can buy everything you need.
Next door apartment is also available if you are coming with friends relatives etc. We can cater for a larger group as well.

Two bedrooms , one double and one twin, fully fitted italian kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffe machine, toaster and all standard kitchen appliances. Air conditioned living/dining room.Two balconies- one overlooking the swimming pool , other the mountains on the west. Very nice view while having your breakfast on the balcony.
