Whether you're swimming a few lengths or resting up on the sunbeds, we're pretty sure you'll be spending a fair few hours here.
If chilling out is your thing, you'll jump for joy when you see the Spa and Wellness facilities. Here, you'll find all the right ingredients for a king size pampering session. Steam baths and saunas. Whirlpool and Cleopatra baths. There's even a beauty studio and hairdresser if you fancy a holiday makeover.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Black Sea Coast offers miles of golden sands, crystal clear waters and long hot sunny days in summer.
Sunny Beach is situated in a glorious bay with the green slopes of the Balkan Mountains to the north and the historic world heritage site of Nessebar on a peninsular to the south. The resort has a spectacular 6km of golden sandy beaches which boast blue flag status.
Water sports are available on the beach and the bustling town of Sunny Beach offers very reasonably priced entertainment, bars, restaurants, markets and shops. For children and adrenaline lovers an aquapark is located near the main resort.
Sunny Beach / Kosharitsa area
In Sunny Beach, you'll find all the shops, bars, restaurants, pristine sands, warm waters and endless hours of golden sunshine you would expect from the perfect beach holiday. However, you'll also have a new world to discover, from the national dishes and wines to the folklore and fiery dances of Bulgaria. Hold on to your hats, you're in for quite a ride!
You decide whether you want action or relaxation on your holiday to Sunny Beach. With 6km of sands to spread out on the beach remains surprisingly uncrowded, even in peak season. Here you'll find any number of activities to try. Waterskiing, inflatable banana rides and beach volleyball to name but a few.
Away from the beach you can hire bikes and spend a day in the pleasantly shady and fragrant Almond Hills behind the nearby picturesque village of Kosharitsa. And don't miss ancient Nessebar at the southern end of the bay. Dating back to the 6th century, it's bursting with narrow cobblestone streets, little shops and stalls where you're sure to bag a bargain. It's also the perfect place to sample a few of the national dishes.
How to get there
Sunny Beach is well serviced from May to October by both Bourgas and Varna airports. Bourgas is conveniently located just 25 minutes from the resort and Varna is a 60 minute transfer.
Many charter airlines fly into both airports including Thompson, First Choice, Wizzair, Monarch and Thomas Cook. There are some scheduled flights to Varna out of season.
Transfers from both Bourgas and Varna airports can be arranged from Bay View Villas.

Payment is accepted by cheque or bank transfer. A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
Conditions
A £100 damage and breakage deposit required at time of booking, this will be refunded 14 days after your return date upon a satsfactory inspection of the property.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
