The property can accommodate maximum of 5 people. In the bedroom you can find a double bed (it easily converts to 2 single beds) + a sofabed(convenient for a child). In the living room there is 2 single beds (they can be used as sofas as well). In the living room there is a table with 4 chairs as well.

This is the only complex in the area with so much free space, facilities and green areas, which exceeds 4 times the official standards for Bulgaria.

Security in the complex is provided by the best system - a combination of live guards and video monitoring. The access in the complex is with a personal magnetic card and is restricted to the owners of apartments and their guests.

The Black Sea Coast region

Sunny Beach Resort offers the infrastructure of the most sophisticated resort in Bulgaria, one of the best ecologically clean environment resorts in Europe. There are 8 kilometres golden sand beach and crystal water, active tourist season is from May-October and more that 300 sunny days per year.

Just 300 metres away from the apartment, the beach itself is 8 km long and reaches as far as Nessebar to the south. It offers a wide range of services as well as plenty of entertainment facilities for children.

Sunny Beach is Bulgaria's biggest resort, with the longest and widest beach strip, situated 36 km north of Bourgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna.

The complex is located in the heart of Sunny Beach, in walking distance to all the attractions that Sunny Beach offers- Action Aqua Park (www.aquapark.bg), beach, the shopping street, Royal Beach Mall, all bars and discos.

Nearby attractions include:

Open Air Theatre (300 metres) - home to concerts and other productions staged in Sunny Beach.

Action Aqua Park (500 metres) - a popular water park, with slides, rides and other entertainments.

Botanic Gardens (1 km) - these attractive landscaped gardens are a common choice for relaxation away from the hub.

How to get there

Whilst the winter flights to Bourgas still seem very illusive with only Wizz Air operating on Sundays throughout the airport is very well served for summer 2009 with departures from practically every airport in the UK, Ireland and other European cities between May and October.

Year round flights operate to Sofia and Varna from London and Manchester so if you plan on visiting Bulgaria from the UK in the winter then Easyjet now fly from London Gatwick to Sofia daily from around £60 return including taxes!! (correct 15/01/2009)

British Airways fly from London Gatwick to Sofia daily but also to Varna every other day from around £100 return including taxes!! (correct 15/01/2009).

The only difference between the two carriers is that BA fly to Sofia's new airport whilst Easjet fly to the old terminal which is now used predominantly for Budget Carriers.

Flights to Bourgas.
Budget airline Wizz Air fly direct from Luton every other day with one-way fares starting at around £50 (+ taxes) between mid June and early October but only if booked well in advance. The fare rises steeply to around £250 during peak times and when booked nearer the date of travel!!

Balkan Airways and Thomsonfly operate flight only from most regional airports from around £125 return low season if booked in advance but can be as much as £295 in high season! It seems that it can often pay to try and get a last minute deal as Thomson Fly, for example, were offering a one-way tickets from Nottingham East Midlands for £49.99 plus taxes last summer (2008)

Thomas Cook and First Choice also operate flight only at similar prices as most of the other charter operators.

Air Bulgaria fly from Gatwick twice a week from £186 inc taxes. They also fly from Dublin three times a week from €210.

Avro advertise flights from Gatwick from £159 and Manchester from £160.

Skyscanner advertise flights from Gatwick and Manchester from £160.

Just the Flight advertise flights from all UK airports, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Prestwick. Also Dublin, Belfast, Shannon and Cork.

Airflights also list flights from most Uk, Scottish and Irish airports.

Cheapflights, Dial a Flight, Skydeals, Which Budget and lastminute.com are also a good source for deals.

Flights to Varna:
British Airways fly from Gatwick four times a week from £60. They also fly from Dublin and Edinburgh changing at Gatwick from £150.

Air Bulgaria fly from London and Manchester twice a week from around £125.

Skyscanner advertise flights from London and Manchester from £160.

Just the Flight list flights from most UK, Scottish and Irish airports.

Flights to Sofia:
Wizz Air fly from Luton four days a week from around £49.

Air Bulgaria fly from Manchester twice a week and from London daily.

Airline Network is a good choice for scheduled flights using Lufthansa , Austrian Airlines , Czech Airlines and Air France to name but a few with a change in the relevant country.
