The Holiday village is located in the north-east part of Sunny beach, 300m. away from the beach and 3 km. away from Nessebar. It is designed as a micro complex with residential areas to be used all year round. The apartment on the complex is a studio apartment with access to shops and a café. The building is designed and constructed in a way that reveals a cosy inner yard. There are swimming pool, open-air bar, lawns a parking lot in the yard.

The studio consist of a single room with a bathroom, corridor and balcony. The living room is conveniently spacious with small kitchen and dining area. The walls have thermal and sound insulation. The balcony is big , the bathroom is entirely furnished.
